The sales associate Justin was the worst customer service experience. He was very rude and disrespectful. I was spending over $1,000 in the store and he act like he didn’t want help out with an opened box product. Another sales associate Sam had to step in and tell him to call the lead manager to get me what I needed. I stop coming to Sam Ash over two years now because of bad customer service. I was spending a lot of money with my church and didn’t feel appreciated.
Ordered a 16" coated emperor, but received a 16" coated ambassador on order number 16975096, contacted Sam Ash 3 times, but no response.
I guess I’ve been dealing with music shops since 1965, and I think it is more typical of today’s young employees to not be generous listeners and lack the warmth anybody business should exhibit . The customer is always paramount in my view , as I was in business myself .i always looked the customer in the eye and genuinely thank them for their business , especially in this current time . the customer is of upmost importance . My ordering went smooth, But I made two orders at the same time and they both were received on two different days and in two separate packages at first I thought that my orders were coming from two different locations when I checked the labels they both were from the same location.
Your salesman on phone was very nice and helpful. Your delivery and quality control however SUCKS. I got a stand that was bent,I called the manufacturer direct and they are sending a replacement. My first bench was ripped ,I called the salesman and he very quickly sent me a replacement wich seems fine but the box it was shipped in looks like it was dropped from an airplane a ran over. My online order was cancelled, I called to place a NEW order early enough in the day that it should have verified and processed in the same day. The confirmation email was sent to me but the actual gift card was not sent to my nephew until the next day. This was after I spent another 25 minutes on the THIRD telephone call.
