They keyboard I ordered arrived on time and in the condition described
I purchased in total six keyboards @ 129.99 each, as well as 20 music books. I had issues receiving the books I ordered in store with an associate as well as three of the keyboards I ordered over the phone with an associate. I placed my order on a Monday and was assured I would receive my product by Wednesday of the same week and I did not! I had to call several times to find out when I would receive my order. Have my ordered confirmed still waiting been 3 days no word
Have in store the item that was bought offline. Had to take floor model at no discount. Not a nice experience for myself, a over 30yr Sam Ash customer.
I placed my order with Mike a rep on the phone while on your website. Mike said the item was in stock and I could pick it up the next day, but the next day I did NOT receive an email nor a text that my order was ready for P/U. I called the Westbury NY store around 1:30pm and spoke to a staff member and gave him my order info, I held on while he checked the inventory, he came back to the phone and said he would have to look for my item and call me back, let’s just say I NEVER received that call or email, after 2 hours waiting... read more
I ordered Presonus speaker monitors bundled with generic headphones for what seemed like a killer price. The speakers were out of stock and backordered, so I called Customer Service to find out an expected shipping date. They didn't know when, but they offered me a discounted bundle on an open box that wasn't listed online. The bundle was split into two shipments, and my Sam Ash online account only showed the headphones. Answered all my questions promptly when I was searching for an alternative finish to a product that was out of stock.
I ordered a Roland FA-08 off Reverb through Sam Ash Direct and two days later got a notification that the item was no longer available and my order had been refunded. This was a hugely important purchase for me. Very upset with them for not taking the time to remove their listings.
