Item was delivered damaged. David Weintraub was the sales person who never returned my phone calls or never followed up on replacement item from Miami location; after initial conversations. I called Miami location and verified they had one, new, not opened. I left David several messages and called several times, over a week, with no response. Poor service....period!!!!

I will never buy anything from Sam Ash again. They advertise 36 months same as cash on thousands of items, but when I tried to make a purchase they stated "we can't do that on the $1500 item I wanted. I tried to get the manager to go at least 18 months and he was inflexible. While the "Chat" representative did try to help, his responses became "preachy" as if I were stupid for not accepting Sam Ash's explanation on why they could not sell me the item. Sold me a product you didn't have in stock then made me wait weeks until you call me back to tell me we are not shipping it.. I won't do business with Sam ash again

Bought a guitar on line. According to your 45 day return policy you do not mention that your employees have to approve it, and they hung up on me, lied to me, I called your MUSICIANS help line and explained that I was new to guitars. I asked about string size to which he stated. " Is that a real question, if it is it is a STUPID (his word) question". Took it to your luthier and he said there is nothing wrong with this guitar "YOU CAN'T RETURN IT' Called corp. 7 times yet to hear from anyone...

Your web-site is messed-up. It took multiple clicks to confirm that the items were in stock and I ended up having to call in the order as the cart would not process. Sweetwater does not have these challenges, just saying and I do A LOT of business.

I ordered three items at the same time, a mic clip, a mic stand and a pop filter. Pop filter came in fine and was exactly what I wanted. A few weeks later I received a package that was supposed to be the mic clip and it wasn't item I requested at all, it was two recording microphones. I contacted customer service about the error and during that call I also inquired about the status of my mic stand. I had a good experience purchasing the guitar over the phone. But I never received the guitar. I ultimately canceled the order.
