Tl;dr I paid 80 dollars to basically find out the guitar I bought and returned from them isn't the color I wanted (manufacturer's fault). I bought an open box guitar online and that was purple and once I received it, the guitar was basically dark navy blue. There was no mentioning of this in the description and it didn't look like the stock image that was pictured, so I wanted to return it because if I'm going to pay nearly a grand for a guitar, I want it to actually be the color I wanted. My order shipped quickly and was as described for a very good price, but I soon discovered that Sam Ash sold this item at 44% off because they have jumped on the PC cancel culture bandwagon and are liquidating all Fulltone products. I personally detest businesses that employ these practices so I will likely shop elsewhere for my next purchase.

I bought a new Yamaha YAS62III and got an used one. Not one piece was in a plastic bag. The corck was not clean The corck wax was almost half finished

Sent a return back on May 26 th, it was signed for and received on May 28th. The credit was processed on June 17th and will be at least 5 business days before it shows up on my account. I had to call 4 times about it. The communication was not good.

Cancelled my order but person on text (did not hold conversation, I had to keep poking him to talk otherwise minutes would go by and he would say nothing about what he was doing) failed to cancel my order even though he said he did. I followed up the next day and was told guitar was not cancelled and it was about to be shipped (was Holliday weekend) and she would put a halt order. I followed up a few days later and it had been sent out and person on phone would put a return to center note and get it back. It got all the way ... read more

I purchased 5 sets of RotoSound guitar strings on 6/14/2020. I tried to purchase them over the web site, but I was unable to get the checkout process to work properly. I communicated with Vito, one of the customer service reps, via chat, and he was also unable to get the checkout process to work, so I gave him my number and we completed the transaction over the phone. I just got notified now (6/15/20) that payment has been authorized. I rate the online ordering process at 4 stars, and rate Vito at 5 stars!

It took 2 days after taking my money to tell me that an item wasn't actually in stock. I was lied to and my time was wasted. Thanks.

I purchased the item online and it did say it was in stock, so I paid extra for expedited shipping. Around 3 weeks later they email me saying it's on back order and it's going to take like 4 more weeks. If it was on back order, please say so on the website. I wouldn't have waste my money. So basically I paid expedited shipping to unknowingly wait over a month. Better communication and labeling is necessary.
