The item i purchase showed it was in stock. I called 2 days later because i notice i never got a tracking number. I was told that it wasn't in stock and would have to be pulled from another warehouse. Long story short, iam still waiting for my tracking number...
I selected the EV EKX-12P Into my shopping cart to check what the final price would be, after Memorial Day special coupon; it just took $35 bucks off an $800 item; Wasn’t great, no big deal. I was hoping for at least %10 off, which I’m used to shopping in store and haggling with manager. But since it’s Covid days, I can’t. I forgot to take it off my cart. A follow up call by David Weintraub, and offer to take $110 off, is what sealed the deal. (Hhmm, now I wonder, should I have asked for $130 off instead? 🤔)
They have things that are sold out everywhere else. Even their supersized competitors. Shhhhhh...
Terrible return service. I ordered a Carlsbro 130 that I tried out for a few days but winded up returning it due to it was not quite what I wanted. Now here is my problem with Sam Ash!! I returned the drum set via Fedx using a signed signature for proof of return. They received my return on May 7th so I waited 7-10 days for a credit to post back on my account. I called and spoke to customer service only to be told that they cannot find my returned drum set and was asked to call them back in a week or so to follow up on i... read more
That’s for you too figure out. But this much is certain if I paid for everything I’ve purchase from you including customer service but I’m yet to receive any other than horrible customer service and sadly I paid for it your agent got paid for doing a job that he did not do.
I returned an item, and still have not received a refund. I have called in at least three times and still no refund. Sam Ash is great when taking my money, but really bad at returning it. I am going to buy all future purchases from Sweetwater. They have a much better customer service department than Ash. Who ever runs Sam Ash should read this review, and make the necessary changes to remedy a totally broken returns department and processes.
I'm sorry but at the following up with my initial ratings I was told that the purchase was in stock but after today they told me it's on backorder I feel like I was lied to
