Website stated that the hi hat stand I wanted to order was in stock. I ordered it. It wasn’t actually in stock as I found this out after calling to check the status of my order. I had to call to find out what I ordered wasn’t in stock. I should have received some type of correspondence from Sam Ash letting me know this. Poor business practice. They stated that I was refunded the money but I’m still waiting for that.
Website promised 2 day delivery. Now tracking states one week. Contacted customer service, told package was too small so USPS is delivering! 5 days late if I am lucky
They messed up everything in my order, then had no idea how to fix it for days. Best to go with anyone else.
You did good on customer service this time. But had prior time of not good experience. Product wise .. No comments.. have not received items yet.
I had a used banjo shipped from sam ash and it showed up with a broken string and upon further inspection I noticed a big crack in the neck on both sides that appeared to be fixed ( but not very well). The ad said it would be in normal wear and tear condition and it was supposed to be inspected before shipment. When I approached sam ash with this , there response was we have a 45 day return policy. there was no accountability from them. Better sales people
I ordered a music book (SKU:CF1042) on Sunday (May 31). I received an email on Monday afternoon (Jun 1) saying that it had shipped. Ok. I thought it would arrive in 2 days from Monday because your website stated “... we’ll ship it via FedEx the same day!”, and “Orders shipped to these states should arrive within two days with free standard shipping!” First of all, you charged me $4.99 for the shipping & it wasn’t shipped via FedEx (it was USPS), and it received 5 days later.
