You web site is like the shits. Lots of stuff on sale and so forth. But, you do not stock anything. Other places can stock their items but you guys cannot. also, I sent an email to you guys for advise on some recording software. I still have not heard from you.
I really enjoyed working with the salesperson, but I had returned a keyboard that was received on 5/4. Today is 5/27 and still no credit. After about a half dozen calls to customer care, I am about ready to just contest the return credit with my credit card company. I recently returned a pedal with Sweetwater and had the credit in 5 days!
My defective purchase was returned, sat in your warehouse for 3 weeks. It wasn’t until today I finally received a tracking for a replacement! Then I decided I would need 2 of the same products and decided to order a second! Even that has turned into a nightmare! I would say it’s the pandemic, yet threw out the whole ordeal every other company I have done business with hasn’t had nearly the problems! Guy I talked to was snippy, talked fast, talked over me, hard to get answers.
I ordered on a late Saturday night. I called the next morning to cancel and change the order. Instead, two days later the original item shipped out.
ordered guitar and hard case on Sunday was told guitar would ship Monday or Tuesday, it is now Thursday received case today, guitar still has not shipped? Only thing said to me was that guitar shipped from different place and would be sent tracking info when shipped. The gentleman I was ordering from said he had the guitar in the back and would ship within 2 days.
Not only do your product pages say things are in stock WHEN THEY AREN'T, you wait 2 weeks and then email me saying "your item has shipped!" when in fact it has not, and is still languishing in no-man's land, so that I have to call and wait to talk to a live human to look it up and only THEN do I learn that you don't have the item.
Unfortunately it started of great, but didn't end well at all. I purchased on line an electric guitar and a few accessory items. While the most expensive item did arrive to destination in time, there were 4 other minor items missing...still missing 3 to the day! I am talking about an over a month delay in the delivery of picks and string sets.
