The product was defective had to send back
Ended up calling a few online music retailers about an item I was interested in. I was either left on hold, disconnected from chats, or never received a call back, except for David from SamAsh. Other retailers had long shipping delays listed. SamAsh got the product here in a day. I’m a SamAsh customer now going forward.
To make a long story short, I was sent the wrong drum head. This is during the coronavirus pandemic. All the stores are closed. I really didn’t want to have to go to the post office or any place else if I didn’t have to.… Sam Ash music store not only sent me the right head , they told me I didn’t have to send back the one that was sent to me by mistake… I appreciated their efforts immensely and it was very good business on their part .
If your ready to wait longer than a week for your package go ahead and order with these guys. Their website claims 2 day shipments, it's been 10 says and still havent recieved my package.
I got the run around. Delay after delay and lies intermingled why they hadn't shipped it yet. I finally got fed up and asked for a refund. It better post to my account. Very disappointed with the service.
We were looking at several bass guitars and many were on backorder. We finally made a choice and placed the order. I've called and chatted with two separate reps on two separate occasions and neither have any idea when the guitar will be available. This is the third guitar we have ordered and I'm really not happy that I have to deal with you online. Your store personnel are much better at customer service.
Ordered a guitar at a great price, only to have it cancelled by Sam Ash several days later after charging my credit card and saying it was preparing for shipment...quoting it was an error in pricing. Ok, that happens. Fast forward another WEEK and they send me an email saying it's shipped? Then another email saying it was cancelled again. All the things I expect: a friendly person to talk to; know how to work the ordering system; able to offer a discount/match price; get me an email invoice/confirmation while on call. Followed with a tracking #. At this point, I'm only hoping that FedEx ground will not use the guitar as a hockey stick during delivery.
