I ordered an e gift certificate online and did not receive it. It took 3 calls and 2 of the 3 customer service agents I spoke with were very rude and not helpful. The amount of energy it took to get customer care when the initial service was electronic was shocking and I will never do it again. And that’s unfortunate because my family buys a lot of music related items and I will find another retailer.
I attempted to use a gift card that had a little balance on it, but it wouldn’t go through. I used the chat and he wasn’t able to help me either, actually he said my gift card was coming back as expired even though it had a balance. I gave up on the card and tried to pay full price and it said my account was locked. I had to reach out to chat a second time to get my account unlocked to make my purchase. I ordered online and you shipped with Fed Ex . I have to work today and have know one to pick up my packages . I tried calling Fed Ex and Sam Ash several times . Fed Ex is IMMOVABE on the date saying your delivery instructions is why . They wont let me come get it either . When I spoke to someone at Sam Ash they make it seem like some epic undertaking to change delivery instructions on a package already sent . Promised 2nd day free delivery on order page if ordered within 5 hours, which I did, and when shipped package is at least a week out.
I didn’t think I could say this about a music store but that was some of the worst customer service ever. Shipped me the wrong equipment and after a month of runaround and no follow up I just got my money back to spend elsewhere
Terrible service. First, your website said you had the item in stock and ready to ship. After two weeks, and four phone calls, turns out you did NOT have it in stock. I cancelled it. Then two weeks later you shipped it and billed me, AFTER I HAD CANCELLED IT. Your customer service is terrible, and your online stock system is extremely bad.
