These guys were great. When I called to get an estimate, Jon was able to come that same day. He's a delightful guy, smart, gentle, articulate, and thoughtful. My husband and I are sort-of do-it-yourselfers, and for years have looked at these windows in bafflement because of the weird way they sit in angled openings. Jon came and figured out a great solution, then got me the estimate that same evening. Damien and Uri showed up right on time as scheduled. They explained what they were going to do. They carefully removed the old windows, cleaned the frame, added new insulation, then installed the new windows. Damien returned after they purchased some supplies, and he finished the project. He custom measured and cut the vinyl capping for the existing front windows. He then sealed everything with matching caulk. John from Scientific was very helpful and great to work with to select the appropriate windows for my home. Not only was their staff great to work with, but their prices were very reasonable for the quality of the product delivered. Damian and the installation team did a fantastic job installing the windows and clearing away the old windows and debris. We had seven windows replaced, and after meeting with three different vendors, Scientific offered the best price for the same quality of windows we were looking for. We are very happy with our windows! The workmanship and quality are fantastic, and the install was efficient. We will definitely use Scientific again in the future! Replaced seven old vinyl windows in our home.

Overall it was a great experience. The first day they were late, but they did call. Everything after that was fine. They did good work and Damian was easy to work and communicate with and answered all my questions and genuinely cared about my house. I would use this company again and recommend them too. Replaced three windows, one requiring a bit more time because trim work was also needed.

They were prompt, professional and cleaned up before they left. They were also the lowest bidders for this project (I got 4 bids). they installed 5 double hung, low-e, double glazed vinyl windows to replace our old aluminum framed louvered windows. The also replaced the patio's sliding door.

We had Scientific Home Services install 4 new vinyl sliding windows in our basement. The whole process went very smoothly. The windows they replaced were original to the 1950s home and in very poor condition. Jon came out quickly to give us a quote and the windows were ready as promised in 4-6 weeks. Damian (our installer) was on time, friendly, had very neat caulk lines and didn't leave any mess. He had everything installed in under 2 hours. Scientific Home Services installed 2 sliding glass doors in my condo. The Field Installation Team Leader, Damian Kusek was on time for the installation and explained what would occur that day. He was careful to cover my furniture and cabinets with plastic before the installation. Damian and his team were true professionals. His team did a great job installing the doors and cleaning up after the project. They cleaned the windows and he showed me how everything worked and explained basic maintenance before he left.
