See above! I had window repairs as the windows were not shutting properly. Victor was excellent! Very good service from the start. Victor was quick to return my call, got to my home early, explained what needed to be repaired and why. He said it could definitely be repaired and didn't try and sell me a new window as the only option. Very honest and trustworthy which is greatly appreciated. The experience was excellent in all respects. Jon was our salesman. He gave a clear explanation of the product and responded promptly to several emails which I sent after his initial visit. My main concerns with our project had to do with replacing our 1950s bow window. Several other companies that I had contacted seemed hesitant about handling this, since a standard replacement wouldn't fit. unknown Scientific Home Services replaced four large steel windows with vinyl replacement windows. | |The sales meeting was low-key and low-pressure, professional yet friendly, and quite pleasant. Jon took the time to listen to my concerns and fielded my questions honestly and completely. | |Pricing came in midway between other company estimates. The price was fair. Windows were ready for installation earlier than promised, and installation went smoothly. Results are excellent.

Everyone was incredibly helpful and professional. Mark came out and gave a quote that was very reasonable and talked me through all of the details of the new windows. Once we ordered the windows, we were told they would take about 5 weeks to arrive, but they came in much quicker. Installation was easy to schedule and Damian and his team did a wonderful job. They were fast, respectful, and kept everything neat and clean. Overall, a great experience! Replaced 6 windows, including a large picture window.

The owner, Jon, came out to do the initial sales pitch. He was one of 4companies who came out to give a quote. He was low pressure, which I liked. I chose this company because they hadquality windows andJon seemed pretty honest with the pricing. It took about 6 weeks from the deposit to the installation. From the first call through installation, everything was very well done. They came to the house and provided a quote, once the quote was accepted, another individual came to double check the measurements. The installation took 1 day and included removing and disposing of old windows, installing the new windows, and finishing them off with exterior coil stock, interior trim, and caulk. Very well done.
