The whole process with this company was very professional. Damian Kusek was our installer. He exceeded my expectations!! Damian was so eager to please and did top notch workmanship! I give this company 5 stars. I highly recommend this company To anyone who needs windows. We needed a large window installed in my daughters condo. Our window was ordered and less than two weeks it was made and installed.

They did a fantastic job. I used Scientific 11 years ago. There was a problem on the install. John from Scientific responded immediately and sent crew out to correct the problem. They stood by their product and workmanship. It was for this reason why I contacted Scientifuc again. I just purchased an old house in need of windows. I called John, he came out the next day, gave me a reasonably priced estimate, and we booked the job. The guys just came out this weekend to install the windows. They did a good job. It looks great. Removed original home window and installed a new vinyl window. Also framed the new window to match interior framing elsewhere in the home.

To preface the review: I had a small home restoration company in Atlanta for 10 years, managed, did all work, and had all repeat/referral business. Cost: The estimate meeting was very informative. Jon had a pamphlet detailing the windows they use. We received the estimate and made a couple of changes which they quickly accommodated. Was mid range cost compared to other estimates received. unknown Scientific Home Services came to inspect several glass doors that were leaking. They were very helpful, but informed us that the work should be covered under warranty. Despite not being paid anything for the visit, they were professional, friendly, and very informative/helpful. If I have door/window repairs in the future, I will definitely contact SHS first.
I called to have them check on our windows in a house we bought that dated from 1913 (there was basically a breeze coming through them), and they came out the same day! The repairman concluded that the windows were in such bad shape that the repairs would be not cost all that much less than just replacing them (which also offered increased energy efficiency as well), so we opted to replace them. Our nearly 20-year old patio door shattered in one of the coldest Februarys ever and needed to be replaced. Within a day or so of calling Scientific Home Services Jon came out to give us a quote. He was friendly and professional and his quote was comparable to one from a big box store but for a high quality Soft-lite door. Jon said it would be about 6-8 weeks for the manufacturer to get the door to him (big box store had the same lead time) but the door thankfully came in only 4 weeks! The experience with Scientific Home Services was great, from the initial sale with John to the installation with Damian. Originally we were only going to replace 6 windows and a patio door, the pricing was so reasonable that we replaced the patio door and all the windows in the house. The delivery time was as quoted. The installation was very quick and efficient which was difficult due to the cold outdoor temperature. Great care was taken with all window treatments.
