It turned out to be a cold, windy and snowyday when installation was to be done. Damian and his assistant did a great job. They removed the old windows carefully and installed the new windows. The inside was trimmed out nicely and the outside was trimmed and caulked beautifully. The windows look great.They cleaned up all debris. You would not even know that they had been at our house except for the fact that we now have new, functioning windows. We can't wait til summer to get the full benefit of the new windows. Damian Kusek and his assistant arrived on time and went right to work. They were very courteous and thorough with their work. I was very pleased that they used tarps on my floors and made sure to sweep up and leave my place as they found it. I would hire them again in a heartbeat. Scientific Home Services installed five windows in my townhome and added casing to three of the windows upstairs.

Scientific was very responsive when I called for an estimate. During the estimate they took the time to explain their recommendation and they made sure I had all of the information needed to make a good decision. For the installation, Damian Kusek arrived early, was very professional and installed the window quickly. He cleaned up all of the debris from the old window and took plenty of time to make sure I understood how to operate and clean the window. Overall I was very satisfied with Scientific's work. We live in a basement apartment that has windows that are 20+ years old. We ended up purchasing 5 new windows. The windows have a lifetime warranty that transfers to the new owner, and transfer very little cold. 6 weeks passed from the day we ordered the windows, and as promised, they were installed. John came out to give us an estimate and explain the windows. We got a total of 4 estimates from 4 companies, one was for cheaper vinyl windows, one for wood and one for wood/aluminum. After all of the explanations and estimates we concluded that Scientific Home Services windows were the right ones for us even though they were not the cheapest. One of the pluses was that S. H. First, my wife and I are very please we were able to find Scientific Homes through Angies List. Otherwise, we would have been relegated to the big three window dealers (Andersen, Pella and Feldco). John and his team were excellent. John, was very reasonably priced and flexible. He was willing to provide competitive pricing and allow us to purchase window replacement for one part of the house. I would recommend Scientific Home Services again in a heartbeat. We got a couple quotes from different companies and Mark was very competitive in pricing and not pushy at all. they scheduled an install for a Saturday between 1 and 2pm. They were a little late and didn't call, but Damian showed me the number he had tried to call to let me know, and it looks like it was just a typo as he tried to call but was off by one digit in the number her had. The initial consultation was very informative and the price quoted was fair. The installation team, Damian Kusak and a helper, arrived at 7:45am and were gone by 10:00am.They were courteous, efficient, and left absolutely no mess. Replaced three windows on the first floor of our house.
