Damian and company arrived on time the morning of the installation and proceeded to do an excellent quick replacement of some of my windows and my sliding glass door. It was 16 degrees outside when they started but it was all done in 5 or so hours to my satisfaction. Budget permitting I will probably do the rest of my windows with Scientific. Replaced Patio sliding door and 3 windows

They were on schedule, actually got here earlier than expected. Installers were polite, respectable of my home. They removed old windows, cleaned up area, installed new windows, caulked and insulated windows, cleaned up and took time to demonstrate the use of the windows. Since the install was on a very cold day, they made sure the rooms they were working in were closed off to prevent the cold from going through the home. Scientific advised me that it would take about 6 weeks to get the windows and door once they were ordered. That turned out to be true. The workers arrived on the date and time that was agreed upon. Even though it was a cold day, the workers closed off the area they were working in so the loss of heat was minimized. I can't remember the names of the the two men that were working but they were both very professional and competent. Excellent, thorough installation of the replacement glass. Noted several modifications made to help improve life of the glass. They were a little difficult to schedule and reach, but overall good communication and smooth process. Replaced glass in four windows.

John was very helpful in explaining window options and explaining how the installation would be done; he patiently answered my questions. Damian was the lead installer and his team was prompt, professional and very efficient! Both inside and outside areas were clean after the install, then he took the time to review how the windows operated. The basement is much warmer now, thanks so much! Replaced 4 basement windows

They did a great job.They are very good. I highly recommend them. They manufacture their own windows. They install 16 vynl windows for us.

I used Angie's List to select several potential suppliers to replace my original single-pane windows in my home. They were loose, leaking air, impossible to clean, and well past their service life. Although Scientific Home Services did not turn out to be the lowest quote that I received, the quality of the product they proposed was significantly better than the other companies I talked with. Okay, yes, it is an odd name (ask about the history of the company) for a window company. However, you can't go wrong with this team. After a relative had a negative experience with Feldco, and getting estimates from Andersen and Gilkey, Scientific Home Services was a pleasure to deal with. The owner of the company came to do the estimate, with reasonable up-front pricing. Windows arrived within the cited timeframe, and the company was flexible to my schedule.
