Jon guided me through many options for my replacement windows, kindly coming out more than once to go over the job. No hard sell. Great advice. Damian's team installed the windows (everything Jon promised). They showed up on time (they were actually outside early), and went over the process with me before starting the work. Couldn't have asked for better service from the initial meeting all the way through the installation and follow up. They stock a great product, and Damian and Yuri did a great job on the install. We have an older home, no two windows the same size, lots of rotten wood, etc. and it all looks great. Also, they were prompt and courteous, showed up when they said they would, cleaned up work area, etc. Scientific replaced all the windows (11 openings including a large bow window) and two patio doors in our home.

They did an amazing job, they were respectful of the inside and outside of the building. You would never know the windows weren't the originals, expect for the fact that these actually work and have screens that work as well. The crew put tarps down on the inside and out and cleaned up all the dust and debris. Replaced Dining Room windows on 3 floors of an apartment building.

Victor handled my window replacement from start to finish with great professionalism. I intend to return to have additional windows replaced. Quality work at a reasonable price. Replaced broken thermal pane window.

Working with Scientific was great. Jon came to our house to give us an estimate and was very generous with his time in explaining the different benefits of the windows and how the installation would work. He came back a second time to measure some additional windows and doors, and was punctual both times. Scientific wasn't the cheapest option for the quotes we received and their pricing flexibility was not much. The process from consult to install was smooth and I never worried once that there would be any issues. I felt the price was on par with other companies. Damian Kusek and his partner arrived on time and were very polite and respectful of my home and belongings. They worked hard from beginning to end, and cleaned up after themselves. I could not believe the transformation, not just the inside of the home, but the outside where the window trim meets the siding made my home look new. FANTASTIC experience! I called Jon on a Thursday and by Saturday he was at our house, understanding how important it was for us to prepare our windows/doors for the upcoming winter, especially with a brand new infant. Jon looked at each one of our windows/doors to give us an assessment of which ones needed attention right away and which ones could wait a bit. Everything went fine. Jon came out in September to review the existing conditions,measure the window and provide an estimate. He told us the lead time was approximately 6 weeks, and indeed, that's how long it took. I called to arrange installation and was given a date within a week. On the day of installation, the installation crew, led by Damian, showed up right on schedule.
