While giving the estimate Jon provided a clear explanation of possible options and even had a sample window delivered from out of state. Jason Smith and John Green, the installation team, arrived on time, explained what they would do, checked for possible complications, cleaned the new storm panels,and then did a quality job of installing the windows They are an excellent team and I recommend them highly. Installed triple-track storms.

It was great -- the work was done in a timely manner. All billing and payment and details were handled very well by Jon and Mark, with no need for us to wait on responses at all. Only small glitch was that one of the windows was cracked so we had to delay the actual installation, per the company. It delayed us a couple of weeks, but was appreciated. We wouldn't want a cracked window. I wouldn't count this against them at all. Be prepared for at least 1-2 months before actual installation because of ordering. This is standard... read more

Jon came to our house to give us an estimate and was very professional. There was never any hard sell like you will find from the large window companies. We received 5 quotes overall and decided to go with Scientific because of their professionalism and they install some of the top of the line windows. On the day of the install, Damian and Yuri arrived on time and explained the process. They were very polite and even took their shoes off every time they entered the house. It went great, they knocked it out. Damien works his butt off and gets things done properly, not to mention handles everything with great customer service. They replaced our back doors and fixed our front door.

When we bought our new to us house, we knew we needed to replace a lot of windows. We got 4 quotes, and ended up going with Scientific Home. We're glad we did - it was an excellent experience from start to finish. Jon did a great job of explaining our options to us, making good recommendations, and quoting us a very fair price. I have dealt with many contractors and projects involving 4 different homes, but I must say I have never seen anyone being as clean as these guys. Despite some of the windows being very large, not a single wall was scratched nor dented. This is something that always happens and in fact sometimes should even be expected, it's the nature of the jobs. First John came out and gave me a thorough assessment of the situation and what could be done. John spent about two hours with me, walking through our house and advising me on possibilities for several windows we'd like to replace. There is one window that I wanted to replace but which John said was fine. He could have sold me another window but advised me against it. I respect that. The team at Scientific home services has been great from top to bottom. The estimator - - Jon gave us a good set of options and clearly explained the process. The Windows showed up almost three weeks earlier than promised. The installer (Damian and crew) came out and put the new windows in, cleaning up after themselves without a hitch.
