ScrapRight Review Pros: ScrapRight is very user friendly. Navigation through the software is very easy. The customer service team is BEYOND helpful and very quick at helping with issues. Cons: The only thing I have had troubles with in ScrapRight is some of the reporting. Certain reports don't always show accurate or they can't be customized to the way we would like. Cons: None, we are pleased with our ScrapRight experience. Overall: Very pleased. We are able to get a response for help quickly and resolution has been effective.
Account Manager Pros: Francesca Oro was extremely patient & helpful. She got us up and running very quickly. Excellent job. Cons: Everything is good. Occassionally we have some issues with connectivity or communication with equipment.
