Tech Support Pros: I like the ease of use and the Technician [sensitive content hidden] who continues to help me with any problems I have and all done in a timely manner Cons: updates that make my system crash. Would be nice to pay out month end all at once in bulk as opposed to each customer one at a time Overall: i rather enjoy operating the system - only have issue when the system updates

repair service Pros: the help and service is just fantastic and program are easy to us that i have to call for help with a problem a couple of months and problems are fixed super fast Cons: having to request help with a problem but it is fixed very fast and proper
Rockstar Tech(s) Pros: Ease of use and having access to Randy/Andrew and Shon when needed. Cons: New tech hires that are afraid to get their supervisors involved when dealing with an issue they've never dealt with before... Overall: Overall, I couldn't be happier with the product...I threw away, at a cost of $25K, my initial scrap software system; 21st Century after 2 years of use. Because of the horrendous lack of support they offered and the time they took to resolve issues.

Equipment Problem Pros: Very helpful & stayed on the phone until issue was resolved. Cons: Issue with printer occurs too often & would be nice if it was not so.
Windfield Pros: Very easy and simple. the directions were very clear and the patience levels were great. Cons: phone calls are just hard when the environment you work in is very loud.
Scrapright Pros: Easy to use as well as easy to navigate and teach to new employees Cons: I would say theres just too many counterparts for harwars with the set up but as long as you know how it all relays and works its good Overall: Never had any issues with the Scrapright team they are always prompt with their response when you need help and quick to get it fixed
Super Service Pros: The ease of use and the most helpful team of techs for support issues. Cons: Every time you save a name to a ticket instead of attaching an actual customer it creates a new customer. At the end of the week I end up with a long list of these that I need to delete. Overall: It has been a learning experience - but after running program for the last three years and learning the shortcuts etc. I have found it to be a great program for what we need in our Scrapyard
