The company is efficient for the most part but I had some administrative things I had issues with and have been hitting a brick wall trying to explain what I was speaking to. I finally talked to a very nice lady named **** in the ************ and she was amazing!! Addressed all my concerns and was 100% professional! Yall need more Jodys!!!

Second avenue has been a great renting experience for us, we are getting ready to reach our 1 year anniversary with the company. But there is one person that can truly get the credit for how much we love second avenue and that is *********************. She has been so kind and just absolutely wonderful all the way around! She deserves a raise if you ask me! Thank you

I have had a wonderful, amazing experience with second Ave. property management ****** at corporate is amazing *****************. My property manager is amazing. The property I rented is amazing. They worked expeditiously to get me in and get everything in the home that wasnt up to par addressed immediately its an amazing company, and my background is in property management so for me to say that means a lot. What a great company. Good job you guys thank you so very much.
BEWARE THESE SLUMLORDS. Terrible landlords that do no fix anything. We did not have a working bathroom for over 2 weeks over the course of living with them. They also never properly fixed the roof and it constantly leaked. The bathtub was painted with wall paint and we could hardly use it. They never resolved anything and had the audacity to beg us to stay.
This company is a scam as you can tell by previous reviews.They will put in their website a house is available on the market then once you apply and pay them for the application fees the very next day the house is off the market and theres nothing they can do to help you
By far the worst rental company I’ve ever experienced. I moved into their property on 04/20/2026 and the property already had signs of wear and tear but we moved forward under the assumption that we would have a maintenance company that would work with us on any issues and that all of the major appliances were in working order, as when we did our initial tour everything seemed to be in line. This company has been nothing short of HORRIBLE!!! Moved in on premise I’d have an ac. Still haven’t got that. They left me without water and heat for almost 2 months!!! Not to mention to pay almost double my rent fronhuseen service fees. Or fees they literally call”tenant” I am unable to get water in on my water but pay it TWICE. Theybahut down there app when they feel like it leaving MORE late fees due to me having to mail it in. And they want to two day it which costs money out of my pocket for their mistake !!!! If I could I'd give zero stars. I strongly advise others to think carefully before renting from this company. It has now been three weeks since I reported damage to my garage, and no one has made any real attempt to repair it. A man was sent out once to take pictures, but since then there has been no follow-up, no repair, and no communication. I have called multiple times for updates. I wish I had a choice one they took over my property from Pacific Oak. This company are nothing but Slumlords. They charge extra fees, they blame everything on the tenant, you can never get anyone helpful on the phone. They threaten you with eviction for just one day missed paying rent. They never get your maintenance request done on time. It has been the worst experience ever in life for me and it is very stressful for me and my family and I pray that I can find a way out of this
