The company is efficient for the most part but I had some administrative things I had issues with and have been hitting a brick wall trying to explain what I was speaking to. I finally talked to a very nice lady named **** in the ************ and she was amazing!! Addressed all my concerns and was 100% professional! Yall need more Jodys!!!

Second avenue has been a great renting experience for us, we are getting ready to reach our 1 year anniversary with the company. But there is one person that can truly get the credit for how much we love second avenue and that is *********************. She has been so kind and just absolutely wonderful all the way around! She deserves a raise if you ask me! Thank you

I have had a wonderful, amazing experience with second Ave. property management ****** at corporate is amazing *****************. My property manager is amazing. The property I rented is amazing. They worked expeditiously to get me in and get everything in the home that wasnt up to par addressed immediately its an amazing company, and my background is in property management so for me to say that means a lot. What a great company. Good job you guys thank you so very much.
I applied for a rental property in may of 2026 And was approved But the residence needed to be inspected Which it failed 7+ weeks has gone by still no repair or re-inspection Meanwhile Ive exhausted my current lease I have to move and I have nowhere to move too My complaint is why put a property online for rent if the property hasnt been inspected repaired and completely ready to be occupied within a reasonable amount of time ************ has by far the worst customer service Ive ever experienced
I give this property management 0 stars! This company is absolute trash! They are slumlords who will expect their rent to be paid, but requests for repairs are not fixed promptly, if at all! I hate it here!
By far the worst property management agency I have rented through. Do not waste your time or money looking into their properties. We have had a terrible experience with any repair request or maintenance, and they leave their properties in disrepair with lack of communication or responsibility.

“I am writing this review to document my experience as a tenant of Second Avenue at **** ***** ******* *********** ****. I moved into this property and within days discovered serious habitability issues including laboratory confirmed Stachybotrys black mold and materials identified as consistent with asbestos-containing materials. BEWARE THESE SLUMLORDS. Terrible landlords that do no fix anything. We did not have a working bathroom for over 2 weeks over the course of living with them. They also never properly fixed the roof and it constantly leaked. The bathtub was painted with wall paint and we could hardly use it. They never resolved anything and had the audacity to beg us to stay.
This company is a scam as you can tell by previous reviews.They will put in their website a house is available on the market then once you apply and pay them for the application fees the very next day the house is off the market and theres nothing they can do to help you
