The company is efficient for the most part but I had some administrative things I had issues with and have been hitting a brick wall trying to explain what I was speaking to. I finally talked to a very nice lady named **** in the ************ and she was amazing!! Addressed all my concerns and was 100% professional! Yall need more Jodys!!!

Second avenue has been a great renting experience for us, we are getting ready to reach our 1 year anniversary with the company. But there is one person that can truly get the credit for how much we love second avenue and that is *********************. She has been so kind and just absolutely wonderful all the way around! I have had a wonderful, amazing experience with second Ave. property management ****** at corporate is amazing *****************. My property manager is amazing. The property I rented is amazing. They worked expeditiously to get me in and get everything in the home that wasnt up to par addressed immediately its an amazing company, and my background is in property management so for me to say that means a lot. What a great company. Good job you guys thank you so very much.
I was hopeful about the property and this management company, but I do not have a positive review to share. The rental process was clunky but relatively okay considering we were moving in sight unseen. When we arrived at the home, the property was dirty and I had to find a cleaning service to make the home move-in ready before I'd bring in my furniture. This was not reimbursed. Ive lived with Pacifics oak for years secondave took over and now its been horrible my floor is falling in because house is shifting dangerous to walk on Ac and stove are both out they will not fix anything rent went up 300 when should of only went up 50 half my security deposit they dont no where is unless they make big changes its worst Ive ever dealt with maintenance team is so well scripted its like talking to reboot only human

One of the more frustrating examples was when they attempted to charge me for replacing AC coils, claiming it was my responsibility. They charge a $50 application for for a townhouse. There less than 2 hours later said it was already leased and said they won't give thr money back. What a scam!
