The company is efficient for the most part but I had some administrative things I had issues with and have been hitting a brick wall trying to explain what I was speaking to. I finally talked to a very nice lady named **** in the ************ and she was amazing!! Addressed all my concerns and was 100% professional! Yall need more Jodys!!!

Second avenue has been a great renting experience for us, we are getting ready to reach our 1 year anniversary with the company. But there is one person that can truly get the credit for how much we love second avenue and that is *********************. She has been so kind and just absolutely wonderful all the way around! She deserves a raise if you ask me! Thank you

I have had a wonderful, amazing experience with second Ave. property management ****** at corporate is amazing *****************. My property manager is amazing. The property I rented is amazing. They worked expeditiously to get me in and get everything in the home that wasnt up to par addressed immediately its an amazing company, and my background is in property management so for me to say that means a lot. What a great company. Good job you guys thank you so very much.

simply read the reviews.Current resident here dealing with maintenance issue since last year.We are the first to live in this home and by month 6 our floors started lifting.We immediately informed second ave homes of the problem.They sent out a vendor to look at our floors.The Vendor informed us that the floors were improperly Installed,no repair possible that it must be reinstalled.Second avenue closed our request with no communication or repairs.I put In Another request.They scheduled another vendor(second opinion). anothe... read more

This company loves to charge random fees with zero explanation. The home we have rented and pay way too much for has TERMITES, a MOUSE problem weve had to solve ourselves despite there being long term damage and theyve clearly been here forever. The electrical work in the home is shoddy to the point where its a fire hazard and they wont fix it. Circuits on our breaker box have completely broken, leaving multiple areas of the house COMPLETELY WITHOUT POWER. Multiple rooms have paint peeling because the walls are LITERALLY ALL... read more

If I could leave a negative star I would! Run and do not rent from this place. There is NO manager or landlord to speak to. Ive dealt with a mold issue for 3 years and still not fixed. I called in the local health department to help me. My window has been broken for over a year and they still havent fixed it. Sent out 8 plus estimators. They are charging me for a reglaze on my tub that was brought on by mold. Mold from a leaking window. So slow at getting things fixed. These are just a few of my many many issues with them.

I must address a serious and unacceptable ongoing issue. On November 3rd, I submitted a maintenance request for my water heater unit which is rotted out & leaking water. It's very old 2008 model. As of today, November 14th, 2025, the unit has still not been replaced or repaired. I have now gone nearly two full weeks without hot water, which has made daily living extremely difficult and unsafe, especially as someone with documented disabilities. The worst company to ever have to deal with! We have been dealing with sewage backup in our basement for the past 11 days!! Every time we flush a toilet, take a shower or wash dishes or just run water at all and it just comes right back up the main drain!!
