Absolutely c*** price gouging on rent, and the increases are way too much to even make sense. $80 rise in one year! Just to talk to an agent have my increase lowered back for only 3 month which is $161 for a 10x10!!!! This place ***** and this should be illegal with their predatory up charging,

I can't believe how s***** these storage units are. I've only had my belongings in the unit for ******************************************************* my unit. They force you to get there insurance. I election the 5000 policy. In the small print it has " limited rodent damage coverage " this is 250 coverage minus the $100 deductible. I spoke with neighboring units and they have also stated they have rodent problems. I wouldn't use this facility they have to have know how bad the rats are. Everytime I come there are NO carts available to move my things in or out. They raised my rental fee over $60 in less than 6 months of me moving in. I called to complain about there being no carts and the employee tells me it's first come first serve and that there were carts on the premises. I pay over $200 a month. If there are at LEAST 10 parking spaces on the premises, there Should at Least be as many carts to accommodate the customers. WHY should I have to rush to secure a cart? My storage unit was broken into and ransacked three different times in a 22-month period. I filed a report with the police twice, but the police officers assigned to the case told me Public Storage would not provide access to any of security cameras on site unless a warrant was provided by the Police. Hence, the police investigation was terminated. Moreover, none of the Public Storage onsite managers were cooperative, and the female district manager was basically a nasty, uncaring, ugly robot. The office manager was so nice and willing to help but in the end she cost me extra money and tried to act like I wasnt fault and knew what to do as far as calling for lock openings this is the public storage in ************, BA

I rented a 5x5 storage space at this location, November 6, 2023. In the span of less than a year, the storage fee went from $86.91 to $124.61 per month. I called customer service and they delayed the increase for several months before making it final, in October 2024. If that wasn't bad enough, a month later, it went up to $163.35, per month. I contacted them to rent 2 slots for my 2 cars just prior to Hurricane ******. The person on the phone was nice and polite. However, when I drove to that place I found out that slots promised were not for car storage ( the entrance door was only about 5 feet wide ). There was no local person or number available to rectify my concern. I reserved a 5x5 unit at this facility, and during the initial booking, they mentioned a discount and a free month. However, I canceled the unit after just two days and could not received a refund for the paid amount. Public Storage has refused to issue a refund and their online discount rates are inflated and or fabricated.

I was told today that my storage locker was open. It was open for 2 days with out them even knowing. Why did it take them two days to tell me. *** are they doing all day. They said supposed to check the lockers of each area at the end of each day. Idk what stolen I gotta check tomorrow. Im disappointed with there lack of service and Awareness I have irreplaceable thing money cant buy in there
