The worst storage ever,I rented a 10"10 space from $201 now is $349,Some of the workers r just there as figure head doing nothing to help when I reported the Rat,Rodent ********* can hardly reach the supervisor,all of the claimed to be the manager;imagine.all my comforters and some clothings,and documents have been shewed up.The insurance said they will pay me $250 ,then wrote to deny payment.I hv to wash every clothing items because they smell like rat.I hv never been late nor missed a payment since I was with them.Very rud... read more

Manager/office staff is never at the location and does not return most calls. I moved out and they still charged me for the month 2 days later. Was told I would be emailed about the refund situation and Ive yet to receive an email. I paid for climate controlled but its always 90+ degrees in there. Some of my boxes and containers have mold on them.NASTY!

Only one working elevator - 1 has been broken the entire time of our contract and the other has been broken for over a week and in September, 2024 for 2 weeks. We were denied access to our unit even though we asked to use the stairs. We were trying to move out before the end of the month and when the elevator was finally working October 2, we moved everything out and were still billed for the entire month of October. I initially booked a unit here at a reasonable and market stable rate. Over the course of three years in the unit my price tripled. I recently moved out of the unit and was denied any form of reimbursement for time unused, time the company could then re-rent and make more money. I see this as price gouging and manipulation to gain profit. Do not use this company.

The gate at this facility keeps breaking. It's broken 4 times in the past month and a half. I've been trapped inside the gate. My vehicle has been trapped inside the gate. I cannot access my storage which I run my business out of. I am losing money because of this situation not being remedied.

This company is a rip-off. I moved out a storage one day over my rental but the did not get the key until the next day. Public Storage wants to charge to the entire month and threaten to send me to collections for $37. They would not even consider prorating the amount for 2 days. They do not care about customer service or working with their customers. When speaking with the manager, I wasn't rude to her but when I complained about having to pay the monthly rate, her tone changed with me, and she became rude. Not one time bef... read more

Minimal customer service as a **********************, unwilling to match their own rates. With multiple offers currently available for larger units (5*8 and larger) at substantially lowered rates (***** per month) than my current 5*5 unit for $60+ per month, they are unwilling to reduce my fee to match that of a larger option. I have never missed it been late a payment, not have I caused any issues during my business. It's an empty space with a lock on it. Weather controlled and standard storage available.

Storage is located on 3 rd floor. Elevators dont work and Im expected to pay my rent when I cannot get to my storage.

If I could give a zero star I would have. My friend who is having a rough time stored his belongings in Public Storage in ***********. He rented for a little over a year and paid over $2,000.HIS MATTRESS IS COVERED IN RAT **** AND S*** Everything else has to be thrown out. You can die from rat p*** Is there anything he can do ????
