I rented out a unit in April and in June, someone broke into my unit and they are trying to charge me from damages and they did not want to cooperate with the police and from what I understand from the police department. They are not good on business they are terrible. I purchased a storage spot but on the same day I realized I didn't need it and told them I didn't need it and the call them self canceled it and returning my money back to me along with a receipt saying it. But a day later they changed my card six times without my permission. I called up there to tell them and they acted like they didn't know nothing about it and I told them I have a receipt to show them and my card company called them about it. BEWARE!! They lure you in with attractive prices, but after about 6 months, they drastically hike the rates! The advertised price was $188/month, but I just received an email stating the new rate is $379/montha staggering *****% increase! ***** doing business with them at all costs!

BEWARE of this place. Rat/mice infestations, thieves breaking into your unit & HORRIBLE customer service (no one picks up the phone, no one calls you back, no one protects your stuff.)Entire property is infested with rats/mice. When you discover that your unit has been infiltrated by rodents & all of your stuff had been destroyed by rodents, they tell you it's not their responsibility & to use your renter's insurance (but renter's insurance doesn't cover pests, so you're just screwed).3 weeks ago, we find that someone has cu... read more

Haven't been able to get I'm touch with anyone in the office about my storage. They put their own lock on my unit after I've already paid them. Worse experience ever. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM.

DO NOT use!! The first call I had with them to book my storage unit, I was told I could self-check-in right away. Not true, so I canceled right then again on the same phone call. Not only did they charge my card for the storage unit I canceled immediately, they also put a sketchy $43.25 charge on my account for who knows what. No refund was submitted so I had to call back. I thought this was a legitimate company until I decided to move out of my unit. I had moved in on the fifth of the month so I Made sure I had moved out by the 5th of the month. I properly notified them that I would be vacating my unit.No one said a word to me that I would owe for the entire month. Nowhere in my Contract does It say that the rent is due on the 1st day of the month no matter when you moved in. if I could leave a 0 I would. I wish I had read the reviews on this place before I rented from them. This business is definitely scamming people out of their hard earning money. Rading the reviews, this place should have been out of business, being sued and paying money back off a settlement! first thing, that's current, i was behind for **** and July, and was told supposedly by a corporate person to pay $798.30 to keep my belongings from being auctioned by the 15th of august. I moved out last week and was expecting a refund for the rent I paid for this month. I spoke with the manager, and unfortunately, they dont prorate, so I wont be getting a refund. Its really frustrating.
