Never use Public Storage in **************** ************** ! There are no cameras so thieves are constantly breaking in and stealing. They cut the locks off your unit then replace with some other lock. Public Storage goes through then puts their lock on it and call you to tell you someone has accessed your unit. They tell you "so sad but here is nothing they can do about it". DO NOT PUT YOUR STUFF HERE! You are just asking for it to be stolen!

Theft at facility that owner did nothing to mitigate. Repeated break ins. Don't take my word. Check with the ***********************

After hurricane ***** hit ******* on 7/8/24, I stopped by the unit to make sure all of my stuff was ok and I found out RATS had moved into my unit. I had been there the day before it hit and there were no issues. I noticed a small hole in the ceiling and was told they are tree rats and that is how they got in.The office wasn't open for several days after I discovered the rats so I put traps in my unit (and caught 4 RATS myself). I have received 3 returned check notices, with incurred fees, although my bank (*****) has confirmed that NO ATTEMPT was made to charge my business account. I used my business debit card, not a check. Ive also used my Credit Card and was charged for a returned check. This is the third attempt to overcharge me in 5 months. The debit card, credit card, as well as my bank account information is correct. I have not had a returned check or insufficient funds occur since 1990. Will never do business here again. No electricity to a unit, and nothing around so if you need power for any reason whatsoever, forget about it. Oh and you MUST give them a week notice to move out and do it in the middle of the month because if you do it the last week of the month before a New month renews, they will charge you anyway. I moved out a week early just to avoid having to pay for another month and wouldn't you know it, they charged me anyway. NEVER RENT FROM THESE CROOKS! Re Highway 121, **********, **. When I rented my 10 x 10 unit it was $100. Now, it is $293!!! PS FREQUENTLY increases monthly rent, I think at least a couple times per year. And as of today, a 10 x 10 unit rents for $110 at my exact location (*******************, **)! WHY AM I PAYING NEARLY $300/MONTH WHEN THEY ARE RENTING THE SAME UNIT FOR $110/MONTH? That's crazy, not even close. It's a complete rip-off!! PLEASE DON'T RENT THERE OR YOU WILL BE RIPPED OFF TOO. ******

I was renting a tiny storage unit at ************************************************************************************ for ten years. At first the rental was extremely affordable and I was on time but this year they jumped me to $300 a month making it impossible for me to pay on time and then they add additional late and lien fees.Last week I called up ********, ************* and asked ***** when my belongings would go into auction. I think they are a rip off and they rip their customers off.. dont notify you of bogus rate increases, charge you a transaction fee of ***** for phone payment they charge you for someones email within the company those people have 300 emails each so you go broke trying to get a response, never return phone calls!!! I could go on and on

I do not recommend Public Storage. After just 3 months renting they increased my rent $100, 9 months later they increased rent again another $100. Rent went up from $250 to $485 after 1 yr.. Also Gate hrs went from 6am to 9pm to 6am to 6pm. I get out of work at 5pm. unable to access my storage on week days due to these hrs. Elevators constantly Broken. I recommend you go with the competition, I now rent with Extra Space Storage.
