Ive been a customer of the ******************************************* for about 2years my fee was around 150 dollars for a 5/10 so I asked them if theres any way I could lower my price. They said if was to move to a new storage unit it would drop to somewhat lower. And then I moved. With in between a three week span I was broken into and they stole everything I mean everything. This company ***** so much. They barely maintain their properties and yet my rent has more than double with their price hikes. Its a horrible place to have your belongings stuck. Dont use them. There are tons of places that are cheaper and dont take advantage of their customers every chance they get. You even have to purchase a lock from them. What a horrible insecure place. And lord help you if you need to talk to someone on-site, every time I show up during business hours no one is here.

**************** is all but helpful. They are rude, lie, and hang up on customers after weeks of no communication. I had a unit go to auction and the proceeds were more than what was owed. On April 29th, 2024 I received a notice that the proceeds were more and to send the attached postcard to collect my money. I filled out the attached card, stuck a stamp on it, and sent it back to their PO Box. Public storage la habra ca unfairly charges long term rents over and beyond what is market value im paying $200 over what other same size units costs Do not rent a unit here!!!!

I recently had an extremely disappointing experience with the service here. First off, they charged me for the next months rent, since I moved out on July 1st instead of June 30th, which I understand is part of the policy I signed. But what they also charged me for was for insurance on the unoccupied space for the entire month as well, even though I had taken out all of my belongings on July 1st before 10 am. I am writing to express my outrage and disappointment with Public Storage. Recently, I was charged an outrageous $180 fee simply for accessing the gate to retrieve a lock that I needed to turn in. This is an absolute scam and a blatant attempt to extort money from ***************************************************** has shown itself to be a company that preys on its customers with hidden fees and unjust charges. Public storage does not stand by what they send out and they send incorrect information on rates, the app is different and they will not budge on honoring what they displayed in the app. Also, there is a problem with the gates through the app and no access into my unit. They take zero accountability and expect you to pay. I have never received such poor customer service in my life! I am an existing client with a unit we have had for our business for over 10 years and called customer service to ask about pricing for the holiday weekend and options to getting a bigger or second unit. ****** with customer service was so rude as soon as she answered the phone. They prorate the first month and not the last so that you pay the full month when youre ready to leave. I had a contract for about 2 years, the price started at $189per month when I left (24 months later) the price was $411 per month. They raised the price every few months once they have you in there. Its clean and are so your stuff wont get stolen but theyll rob you by taking your money legally.
