Flooded 6/9/24 entire 1st floor will not allow access to mitigate your damage till 6/11/24!!!!!!!!! Just left there and they would not allow me to open the door to air it out, nor did they have blowers or dehumidifiers going to mitigate everything only mopping their hallway!!!! I have a small 5x10 unit and it got cluttered as I work 2 jobs and am usually in a rush. Had some time today went there and pulled about half the stuff out to rearrange and organize and the manager came by and said that's not allowed. Seriously? Once you put something in it has to stay where you put it? Accused me of loitering even though I had only been there about 20 minutes. I personally think it was racially motivated. I have always paid my rent on time and I am usually in and out. Just horrible customer service.

PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS FACILITY. YOU WOULD THINK AS A BIG FACILITY THAT THEY WOULD BE GOOD. FIRST OFF, THEY HAVE THE ABSOLUTE RUDEST CUSTOMER SERVICE. I DONT THINK I HAVE SPOKEN TO ANYONE THAT TREATED ME WITH SOME KIND OF RESPECT. EVERY PERSON THAT I HAVE SPOKEN TO HAS GIVEN ME A DIFFERENT ANSWER. I do not recommend this place. I rented due to price. I never had the need to rent one in my life time. This was a horrible experience. This place looks like it should be condemned. Holes, mice, water being held up by plastic bags.

Worst storage company ever existed. Paying for insurance just for my unit to be attacked by vermin NOT ONCE BUT TWICE EVEN AFTER MOVING MY UNIT THE FIRST TIME. First time i lost almost a total of $5,000 USD. Five thousand dollars. Just for the property manager ONLY wave one month WHICH DIDNT FREAKING HELP. Insurance could only give up to $500 WHICH MADE NO DIFFERENCE. This happened in august 2023. The Public Storage on: 7415 ************ Rd. *********, WI refuses to give me the new gate code, after I paid my bill. So, I cannot gain access to my storage unit and downloading their app is a scam. Something is wrong with this app. Their ********************* policy, which I paid for, for 3 years did me absolutely no justice. Now they are giving me the run-a-round and will not CANCEL the insurance, after I have placed several phone calls to cancel it, and they refuse to cancel it upon my request.

I chose this place cause the price seemed ok. I have a 10x 10. With insurance added. My first month came out to 151 dollars. I looked for next month payment amount and they already raised it to 162 dollars. This will be my last month for sure. I DO NOT recommend this place to anyone. They definitely get you in the door with good pricing just to keep hiking up the prices on you. Company does not extend a Terms of Rental Agreement contract a month in advance but INSTEAD notifies 'tenants' only a week; online prices are lower than my 5x5 unit [been a loyal customer since 2009] which will NOW be $241 when a climate control unit 5x10 is only $210. Hello, something wrong with the picture??!!

Public Storage is a ripoff and should be state regulated to protect consumers. It's the old bait and switch. They entice you with a low first month payment, mine was $1 to sucker you in then increase it every six months by about $50/month. You get nothing but a small empty garage for over $300/month. If you're more than 10 days late on your payment they charge about $50 interest. You have to pay another $11/month for insurance. If your 20 days late they send you late payment notices everyday, cut your lock and put their own ... read more
