We rented a unit on March 30th and we have a credit towards June's rent. However a minimum of 12 days we have arrived to put items in storage only to find we are locked out with an over lock. We can never reach anyone on site, so I have to call corporate and wait for them to send someone to take the lock that should not be there by their own admission off. DO NOT STORE WITH THESE CONARTISTS!!! I was forced to put 1 star on the rating in order to post, but I would not give them the chewing gum off the bottom of my shoe!

This Public Storage company is a scam. They do not refund my money after i canceled the unit within an hour and they refused to give me my money. They claimed its administration fees. They need to be closed down. Do not use this storage company.

Public storage is a rip-off. I paid for a full month's rent and when I moved out they refused to pay me the back of the difference. I think this is a bad business practice and I do not recommend public storage.

RATS IN THE *****!!! Stay far far away. Property manager couldn't even be bothered to speak up on the phone when I told him I couldn't hear him. Raised the monthly rental fee over $30 in 6 months. I want to be done with them but now I have to pay another months rent and find a way to dispose of rat infested items.

I have had at least 3 terrible experiences while dealing with this agency. The first one involved cohesion between the staff and an ex landlord iwhich they played a shell game with my property. By the time I figured it out, my property was sold. The second time They wanted to charge me for a whole month, though I vacated the unit on the first of the month. Talk about being scandalous. I reserved a unit and 10 minutes later canceled, was charged $53.05, and was only refunded $21.39. The unit was too small, called and was told they would refund me the entire amount.I went down the street and reserved another unit for $53.05 and canceled the next morning because of the same issue, no refund

I received an email notification on April 1, 2024 that I vacated my unit (which I did not). I spoke with ****** from the **************** and advised her of the mix up. She acknowledged there was an error made on their part and I was refunded for the month of April 2024. As a result of this issue, I opted to move out of the unit in lieu of continuing to rent from Public Storage. In removing my property from the unit, I noticed there was a terrible pest infestation. Associates on the property refused to provide elevator information being that keys fell down shaft. Man by the name of *** who claims to be MOD ( also claims to come from another store) told his associates that there isnt anything that can be done and to take it as a lost. When asked for supervisor, he said they dont work on the weekends. So as a MOD , he refused to assist, refused to resolve the issue and refused to call his superior. Poor customer service

I purchase a storage at auction was told to buy another 10x10 unit and when it clears in system I was able to keep in current unit in less then a month I. Was locked out my storage no acess had to visit a local store after calling serval times and Leaving vm to serval managers I was never called back. Once I visit the ******* store I got access with temp code only to be locked out and all of my vaubles were resold .
