The worst storage company Ive ever dealt with. There is no one running it. They give misleading and false info. They are homophobic and use very offensive derogatory remarks against lgbtq customers. They should really be shut down. The manager called me a f***** and I havent heard back from the regional manager and waiting to hear back from their boss. If I hear nothing Im going to ******** and filing a discrimination lawsuit because I feel that Ive been treated poorly because of my sexual orientation which is hard to fathom... read more

Public Storage is a perfect example of the greedy fetor that exists in the anals of corporate America. A bunch of gelatinous skin sacks that sit around their oversized conference tables and scheme about how they can rip off their customers. *******, BAIT & SWITCH, NICKEL & DIMING. It's the absolute worst kind of business model. The whole lot needs to be ejected from the sphincter, and replaced with people that care about who their customers.

I am speaking on Public Storage location *****************************, **. I recently rented a storage and a parking space to store my car. The parking space was rented on 4/18/2024. I tried to move the car on 04/24/2024 but was interrupted by a rude employee that was there at 4 pm that day. I was told that the company does not allow you to store a car on the lot if it is not running when I purchased the parking spot. Deeply Disappointed and Mistreated by Public Storage I am an elderly community member who has always valued responsibility and integrity. Horrible service. Office is closed often with no indication when it will open during regular business hours. Rates doubled over three year period. Cannot change insurance coverage without visiting office. As a senior from out of the area-- must take train and taxi to location that *** not be open.Manager is rude and disrespectful. (***********************************) Online billing and payment not available for credit card. District Manager is dismissive of complaints. Business should be investigated by BBB.

Horrible service have not been able to access my storage unit not even enter the gate called manager and she asked me if I had changed my own code when it says ******* go see manager . No results u can be outside 15 20 min and they won't open the door hoping customers leave .waste of time and money.

I have had my belongings in this public storage for two years. These people harass me every month with trying to add late fees lien fees have its so outrageously expensive where you cant afford it . Threatening to auction my stuff off at one point I had two storage units where they actually auctioned off. Beware of this place . They make their own rules, hold your items hostage. I was 7 days late on ************** locked me out the storage where my code or the app wouldnt let me in . After 14 days late I paid & went to storage to find out it was a lock put at the top where I couldnt open it. I politely cut the lock off to access my unit but they need to be dealt with . This is the one in ****************, ** . The manager rude & racist .
