In 1 year price went up 50%!!! From $300 to over $450! That's messed up especially considering I can't separate the rodents and insects from my stuff and cleanly bring it back in my house. My house was hit by hurricane ***, house is all new, but my household items have been sharing space with critters for a mighty price. I hope I never need storage again and can't wait to get out!

The worst storage unit company I have ever dealt with took me threatening to get the police involved to access my unit that was paid off I will never use a public storage facility again no one is ever there to help with any issues I was told today when I cleaned out my unit that if I didn't buy another lock or take everything in one trip that I would be billed my unit was paid off there was no reason for them to cut my lock off when payments was being made and then expect me to buy another lock and let's be real the only rea... read more

Disappointed with entire experience. Rates of unit increased more than $30 every couple of months. No carts/dollys available to customers who had units at this location. Had to unload and load ur stuff from/ to ur unit by carrying it. Once I moved out was receiving messages texts emails every other day regarding liens they were going to put on my unit because I hadn't paid my rent yet. This business is very unprofessional, had a call with the head office about a billing issue. Issue was that I had a bill for $160 standard rent and a rent discount for $70. After adding on the $15.24 and $15.00 in rent came to a total of $260.24. There reason for this was that my rent had increased and that the discount was a glich in there system. My unit was dusty & unclean upon arrival. The ceiling had fallen out, I told the lady and she just said let me know if it rains on it. My things got dusty from pollen after that. (It was an outdoor unit - still shouldnt have been inside.) but I received no discount. Then the late fee price is too large. It was only 3 days trying to get to my pay day.. I was charged a $25 late fee (BUT WHY DO YOU LOCK ME OUT) if charged a late fee, we shouldnt be locked out immediately.Alot of times people are already going through transition... read more
Beware: The first day that I came to rent a storage unit from this facility, everything was great, and the lady working the property was extremely nice. Things really went downhill after that. There was never anybody on site when I would stop to speak to somebody after my first day signing up. They were short staffed and splitting days between other facilities.
