The facility on Hemlock in *************, ****** is a joke. The property manager is unresponsive. Efforts to escalate to Public Storage corporate have been a complete waste of time and effort. I will never use this company again. Terrible.
Public Storage is unethical. My Rate is $630 a month. Currently they are offering my unit for $370. Payments have always been a month in advance.
Public storage expect you to pay in full when you move out, even on the 2nd of the month. I would understand if it was near the end of the month. Why can they take my money. NO!They do NOT pro rate.THIS IS A RIP OFF!!!I'm moving into my own place, I called public storage to ask about pro rating because I will be removing my belongings. I was told I have to pay the full month. I DIDN'T want to leave 1 star, they don't deserve it!
Apparently l shouldve done my research! Just moved in less then 3 months ago and theyre sending me a letter that my rate has increased 33%! RIDICULOUS. This should be illegal. Its completely ridiculous. I am so upset l fell for their scam. I will be switching to a new storage facility.
Public Storage doesnt care about customers. Rent went from $136/month to $228/month. It is unbelievable that they can do this. Its an increase of 40% when my salary has increased only 3%. I can buy a shed from ********** for less money I pay to them in a year an have my stuff in my own home.
Complete bait and switch. Signed a contract for $133 and in six months they increased by $53 a month.
I rate public storage as thieves.They ripped me off on storage lot for my camper. And charged me for storage after I moved my stuff out and I told them a month before I was moving out. I removed my lock and left there insert lock in it. They nothing but criminals.
Horrible experience!! Rent MORE THAN DOUBLED in 10 months. This place is a complete scam. Rent went from $130/month to $269/month. It is unbelievable that they can do this as I rented the space for my elderly parents when moving out of their home into a care facility, and now they choose to take advantage of them while on a fixed income. Completely reprehensible; what a heartless and corrupt organization!
They are Crookss somebody needs to stop them. They took my money over 3 weeks ago. Never gave me the unit still waiting on a refund.
