To give context. My rent for a 10x10 over a year and half has increased from $164 to $216 and is currently $266. The staff at this location is great! They are very helpful and care about the customer. The supervisor for the customer service phone line is terrible at his job and an embarrassment to the company. Be warned that if you leave your unit even on the 1st of the month, you will be charged for the whole month and there is no prorated refund. So plan to leave right just before the end of the month or you will be paying them 1 month in excess.

This company is terrible they raise the rent every few months infested with rats and cockroaches outlet is in my unit but told I am not to use it so I used a flashlight they say I can not bring in any outside lighting. They tell me they do not feel comfortable the way I have my things stored because it looks to comfortable and do not want anyone hanging out therefore will be watching me. I will never do business with this company ever again took my rent up an extra one hundred dollars for no reason and there's never no one at my location and they do not care about there customers at all

Hook and bait advertising. Website stated $1 storage rental and after paying my full price rental expecting the 2nd month for $1 as advertised and confirmed with on the phone with customer service at the time of my order, they deny any promotion at all. They dupe or truck you to sign up with false advertising or knowing about any discounts after you make an agreement. Very deceptive and wrong and I would not recommend at all since they hang up on you or ignore your calls if you have a valid complaint.

Not even giving one star. This business is a total rip off. Lost my house due to writers/actors strike . Had to move into a relatives spar room and had to move everything I own into storage. April 2023 my rent was $317 a month. March **** it jumps to $501. This company should not be allowed to operate.

Company is Public Storage.Needed a storage unit and was quoted $106 price per month for rental. Tried to pay online and it would not allow me to pay. Called the company and they said it had changed to $133 per month for that unit. I was told that because it was one of the last ones of its type the price changed. This was in a time span of 30 minutes. This is price gauging. I spoke to the local manager who said the company has a habit of doing this to customers nationally. They change the quoted price. There is never anyone there to help with customer issues. No one EVER answers the phone. And I guarantee you that the cost of your unit will go up every single year. Beware! Do NOT rent a storage space from public storage. If I could give it zero stars, I would.

On Jan,8th in reserved a vehicle storage the 12th was my move in date on the 11th I got sick with a collapse lung got admitted in hospital 21st I was discharged.. on 22nd went to look st my storage and what I had purchased for it didn't fit so I tried to speak to management and after 4 attempts message calling all around for customer so I can see what they can do either find a bigger storage or my money back they said it didn't matter if I was in the hospital for one and second I just lose out on my $264 !!!
