Public storage is TERRIBLE ! I got a storage unit, from them, and occupied the space. When my bill came due, I paid it online. The payment didnt go through. I had MORE THAN enough money to cover the payment in my account. So the problem was with public storage. I made a second payment, thinking I needed to because I didnt want to default. Just want to give a warning to all: RUN FROM THIS COMPANY Completely fraudulent. Not concerned about customer service at all. I was double charged by Public Storage and when trying to have it corrected, the Property Manager advised that I just simply dispute it with my bank. After doing this, they suspended my account (but not my bills) When getting back in touch with them, I was charged extra fees and was told I had to give them my banking info for further payments. I have her on video walking up to me yelling (Im pregnant so this was out or safety/protection) because I was recording her behavior. Terrible business practices. Would rather sell my belongings before using them again. I needed two large storage units and while I'm filling out the initial application, the employee is telling me how she had a customer go back and forth on his rate because he kept finding different coupons before he signed the paperwork. Public Storage on East Bonds Range Road, ********** ***** customer service manager is a liar. We were told that we had access to a unit we paid for until the end of the month. When we arrived at the unit it had a lock on it. We requested that it be removed. We were told yes it would be removed when we get a lock. But when we arrived back at the unit the manager locked the door and put two locks on our unit. How can we pay for a service and not be able to use the service we paid for? Let this make sense. Sick of them raising prices due to bad management an charging customers for paving the rds at storage facility etc!! PREDATORS! You rent for one rate, then they **** it up, month after month! This is NOT the same company I rented from in the past! They have turned into GREEDY ******** GO ELSEWHERE!
Read the insurance information. My furniture was infected with termites which are considered vermin. Your certificate of storage insurance provides coverage up to 250$ damage caused by vermin subject to 100$ deductible. Also my mattress which was covered in plastic got infected with rat dropping. The unit also had c*** roaches.Please avoid this place.**************************************************
Staff did not tell me I had to buy the lock I was told I was a deposit that I would get back when I left .the lock is specifically for their doors why should I have to buy it? The staff was very rude and never cleaned the facility.never answer the phone and never on site
