I will give them a zero if that was an option on the review. Can you believe, I went to my second floor unit today only to find that the one and only elevator is not operable for the entire two-story unit, which probably has at least 100 units total in it. Ever since they this business moved to virtual customer service (no person available at the unit) the customer service has been abysmal. Rat pee and p*** all over my INDOOR unit. Corporate wouldnt refund me my December payment and I was forced to move all of my things last minute to avoid anything getting damaged by rats/mice. Horrible customer service on corporates part of you ask me.

On Friday, February 25, 2022, my fianc and I attempted to access our storage unit and discovered that it had been burglarized. We immediately contacted the *****************************, and filed a police report (RMP22-001477) documenting the incident. I Did the seamless online reservation and made my payment, received text with my unit number and access code so we rented a U-Haul, filled it up went down to put it in our new storage. I couldnt get in. Despite getting texts that said, heres your access code. Heres your unit number, its ready to move in.. this company lies about seamless no contact reservations. Now they tell me I have to verify with my drivers license.(even though I gave them my drivers license number with the registration.) It just came up. They dont know ... read more

On 11/22 l rented a 5/10 storage unit for 70$. I just received an email saying its going up to 137$ a month. Its about double in a year! I spoke with everyone l could and they tell me that its a corporate decision. I looked up their website and that company is worth over 53 Billion dollars.. if that doesnt tell you what a racket this company is? Should be against the law.

BUYER BEWARE!!! Public Storage DOES NOT return any prorated amount at the end of your stay. You pay on the 1st, and even if you move out on the 2nd, tough luck, youve paid, AND youve signed the lease that Im sure says this policy somewhere in it. What they wont do is tell you upfront that theyre going to keep your money. Meanwhile, if you dont move in on the 1st, they sure will prorate the number of days left in the month and charge you for them. Avoid at all costs. The property became unsupervised, there is trash inside, gate was broken for a week and unauthorized people use the parking lot. It is unsafe.The 'manager' never picks up the phone nor returns messages. The one time I was actually able to speak to him, he lied about being on premise and then admitted that he had not for a week. He added that there was nothing he could do.

I have a few other storage units and different companies other than public storage and have never had rate increases like this company and another issue. If youre late 5 days after the 1 st their late fees should be illegal.My suggestion would be to use any other company public storage

I'm a current customer of "*******************************************" I have had no complaints about this company I have always recieved great customer service from day one. I am a spouse of a veteran and provide my information with identification but, because the Storage unit was solely in my name and not my husband I was then told I would recieve the discount and thus was initially back in the the fall of 2018.
