Public Storage has terrible customer service. My ********************** rent went up several times over one year. Price gauging has been excessive, along with not allowing tenants access to units. I was attempting to sell a piece of furniture from my unit, and when I arrived at 2:00 pm on a Saturday with the paying customer, I could not get in the building or access my team. I moved out of my storage on September 30, 2023. They sent a bill for October to a collection agency and never sent me a bill. Now I'm sending letters back and forth to the collection agency for not paying a *******************. They raised the rent every other month after I moved my things in. I started with $108/month and ended with $158/month. They told me (when I missed a payment) they were going to sell my things to the highest bidder after I had made arrangements to pay what I owed plus their charges. ($270 plus) I liv... read more

Had my rv parked at the Natomas Public Storage lot for less than ******************************************************************************************************* to - even though I told him I had picutres of the other vehicles. Wont refund any money. It cost us so much in insurance and repairs not to have it in a safe location is upsetting. Id like my money refunded. No one will return calls from district office. Regarding a rental unit that was auctioned off F39. Called manager, asked her if she could contact buyer about personal paper and pictures. Asked her to call me back regarding these items, whether they were still available or not. No response from manager *** from this location

DO NOT RENT HERE!DO NOT RENT HERE!! from the ****************, *************** location. The customer service is terrible. Rude woman works the front desk of you can catch her there. Right after I called to say I was canceling my unit my lock was cut and the lot manager refused to do anything. She just made stupid comments in defense for no cause other than she is a piece of scum. Im not the only one who has had this service here or experience. Poor service. Ive had a unit there for almost 4 months and only had access 3x due to either codes dont work, construction, or whatever excuse they give. No staff are ever around and when you do speak to someone the next day they have quit. I even recorded video of no one around and codes not working. Then they charge fee after fee for services that was not giving. I would advise anyone looking to rent here find another place.

Dear Better Business Bureau: Is this outfit a scam?Don't ever rent from this company. The local on-site managers are pleasant and helpful, but the administration is a compete mess, and the local representatives have no way of getting into it. All your questions are referred to a web site that doesn't work, a Chat that doesn't work, a Pay Now that doesn't work, a Sign My Rental Agreement that doesn't work, and a $15 charge for insurance that we want to decline. MY STORAGE UNIT on 655 KEEN RD WAS ROBBED TWICE. NO ONE ever notified me. The day I found out my storage was robbed is the day I WENT TO MOVE OUT ON 11/3/23 .
