The corporate model is a low introductory rental, with hidden fees and charges. The rates are increased roughly every 3 months. Absolutely terrible! If I could give negative I would. We rented a unit online, scheduled to move in on 10/20. Due to unexpected delays, we could not be there until 10/22. Upon arrival we discovered that the unit did not exist. **************** was terrible and our unit has still to be found. We were not the only people there on that day having this problem. It takes a lot for me to give a company a bad review. That being said, this place is TERRIBLE! I used them because it was the cheapest I could find near me. To start with, they **** the prices up after a while, so its not really less. But more importantly, they have a HUGE rodent issue. They have industrial bait stations all around, but it doesnt stop the rodents from ruining your belongings! My 2 year old washer and dryer were ruined, along with some cheaper items. My life power's been off for over 2 months I've asked over four times I've chatted with somebody five times and every time I'm at storage I get harassed
t get on my unit this has to be illegal! I'm sitting here in the parking lot at the public storage off of Page and I'm stuck the property manager was supposed to contact me within 72 hours to get my lock put back on it but she never did she was suppose to meet me here tonight after 6 whenever she got back from the st.*** store and its 7:30 I have called several times and nothing?! What kind of a company is this they fully admitted they had no right to lock us out. People run from this place go anywhere but don't come here!
I canceled and moved out but they charged me again anyway.Told me I would get a check in **** days.I waited over 2 weeks and still no check.Called again. Was told it would take six weeks.They have no problem CHARGING my credit card on time.
Be careful ************. Go somewhere else. They will steal your money. We reserved a unit on 9/29 and paid for a full month in advance. We had a family emergency come up and left town. We found out 2 days later on 10/1 that they cancelled our unit with no notice. They kept our full month payment. I also paid extra for one of their locks to be provided for the unit, but they stated the reason they terminated 2 days after our rental started is because no lock was installed on the unit. Word can't express how disappointed I am with this company. They take advantage of people and I feel we all need together and file a lawsuit against Public Storage. The rent increase the late fee's and lien fee's are just too much. I know it's an attorney out there that can help us bring a case action lawsuit against public storage.
If I could give it negative stars I WOULD. I rented a unit that I came to find out AFTER I paid, I couldn't open it. I told the lady to have that fixed and please call me back. Never heard back from them. I went back the NEXT day and they didn't know if it had been fixed or not so I simply cancelled my unit. They refused to give me a refund because technically I had the unit for 2 days. One of those no one could even open it and the next day, they couldn't even tell me if it was fixed.
