Everything went well and checked for the annual checkup. I was dissappointed the vehicle was not washed prior to receiving it post checkup.

Serramonte Ford is the best Ford dealership anyone could ever hope for. The service supervisor, Henry Bueno, is absolutely amazing in every way--he was able to diagnose a difficult-to-determine but persistent and troubling problem that took our car out of commission for the holiday season, starting at Thanksgiving. Thanks to Henry and his tech, they saved Christmas and New Year's for us, and traced the problem back to poor manufacturing at the plant.
