No the service writer is great! I dropped off my car in the afternoon. The following day it was ready. Mo arranged for my car to be delivered at my home.
They kept my car for 3 days to replace the front axel. The front wheels were also worn but they didn't mentioned it had anything to do with the anxel so I just went and got two new tires. Good service not their fault my car is probably a lemon.
Service is good as usual., They just got a little pricy compared to similar service that a few of my friends and family members pay at GM or Toyota dealers. Been with them for over 30 years so I do see a difference. But again, the service is always good.
