I was able to get an appointment first thing in the morning. Dropped the car off and had breakfast within walking distance. Provided the service requested in the specified amount of time. A working desk with WiFi was available for me to have a meeting while waiting. Was able to use my Ford reward points to pay for part of the service. All round great experience.

Serramonte Ford Service takes super good care of my vehicle. My car freaked out (not sure why), wouldn't start for 45 minutes. Got it started, drove straight to Serramonte ford (545pm), my service advisor (Lucas) was still there!! Took in my car, got it checked out and was ready for me to pick up within 24 hours. Thank goodness nothing was found to be wrong but it was scary and they helped me out and eliminated my concerns.

Excellent Service, the only little feedback is I spent almost $900 on the service and there was no car wash or Vaccuming (inside). Please include it next time.
