I just picked up my car yesterday for the 3rd time with the same issue and the problem has not been fixed. It's still leaking coolant. I called and they answered and transferred me to my service advisor Juan who happens to be on vacation. I hung up and called back 2 times and it rang to no end. What terrible customer service to screen calls . This place is a joke.

Total scammers. This Dealer sell brand new crap cars and trucks with problems. Total crooks....never buy from a Ford Dealer. Their goal is to rip you off. Period. Such a racket. Time to just say no to dealers.

I brought my car in 6 days ago for a diagnosis and still don't have an answer about a fix. The worst part is that I call the service advisor and the main number, and no one answers, and then on a rare occasion when someone does answer, they tell me I'll get a call back with the results first thing in the morning or in 2 hours, but then I never hear back. I feel like my car is being kept hostage.

These guys stole my money and did nothing to my car . Avoid them at all costs . They had the nerve to ask for another $1400 just to figure out what they said they were going to do for the first chunk of money . Beware ! Then the guy offers to communicate and has returned my calls ....classic loser move .

I went to buy a new inside door handle for my 2010 Ford fusion, the part sale men the old Asian guy kept saying it right. but it wasn't after I install it and it broke while trying open the door.... now no one wanna answer me if I can return for a new one since the box open and item broke. I swear this place alway sell you the wrong one to cash grab. this not the first time either that happen. Like why cant you just sell the right item?

they wouldn't let us go and kept trying to make deals and doesn't understand the word no the sales man was nice but his manager kept trying to get bad deals at first they were nice then we we were about to go they kept offering deals and trying to make us test drive don't fall for they're bad deals! we tried buying a used car they kept offering us bad deals they followed us all the way to our car when it was raining they still wouldn't let us go

I refuse to do business with these people. I spent hours with the salesman (Eric was very nice and I feel badly he didn't get a sale) and sales manager. The sales manager continually yawned while talking with my brother and myself. He continually told us that he had a quota and numbers to reach. Another sales manager called me this morning and asked how to close the deal. I said 20k out the door for a 2018 Nissan Rogue. He asked how I got to that price. I told him I have 20k cash. I took my car to Serramonte Ford because I got a extended warranty notice from Ford company that somethings wrong with my car which it is. It's happened three times it stalls out going up a hill so I brought it in with a piece of paper that Ford sent me and they kept it and I went to pick it up today. They told me nothing was wrong with it. I said you have to go up the hill for it to stall out and they said well it didn't stall out I said OK give me the car back and they said that'll be $249. We were rather surprised and disappointed with the lack of interest and openness on part of the sales representative and manager. Although we saw a vehicle we liked, the rep didn't show us liked models until we walked around the lot ourselves. The rep was clearly disinterested in helping us. The manager was equally as so. We left not buying a car, because we were really uncomfortable with them, environment, and really questioned their authenticity. We went down the street and bought another brand and car.
