I bought a used TLX from this dealer a week ago, and I was pretty happy with the test drive and buying process, but after owning it for a week, it is already swamped with problems. Broken windshield wiper, center speaker, parking sensor, powered window, and engine light all within driving it for only 200 miles.

I can't stand these guys. Every single time I come in for service I have to wait super long even though I made an appointment. Then the advisor assures me they will call me back when it happens. I've used Seremonte Ford four times now and that has never happened. Advisors are terrible. What's more they took my car for a week and told me there were no rental cars available. Seriously? I had to find one on my own and deal with their reimbursement process. 4 weeks in and I still haven't been paid back. It's just a constant wi... read more

It is a poorly run dealership, starting from the top. I got two cars from them in the past, you'd think they'll take care of a repeat customer. No! The quote from this dealership was $200 / month higher than the other. The sales manager had this take it or leave it attitude. Well, l left to get the same car for $200 cheaper, and my sales man was nicer and more professional. So Serramonte Ford, you can go love yourself! Absolutely won't go back.

We purchased a used black Audi A3 from them. We were excited as it was for our son and exactly the color he wanted. However the dealership/sales person was not transparent with us about many things - 1) we didn't realize they only had one key on the car until we already completed paperwork. He gave us the key as we were leaving. When I asked for the second one, he said there was only one. It cost me 800 dollars to get another key from Audi dealership. Josh, my Ford Ranger 2022 has Warranty from Ford. Your employee did not give me the time to explain everything he didn't want to help me. I would not do business with your shop, ever.

Went to fleet center in Collins street which is next to the dealer center on Serramonte blvd. Terrible customer experience and estimated new tires replacement time was one day dropping overnight. Never go there for your car. PS. My car is Mustang Mach E.

So now that they've seen a bad review now they want to help me. Isn't that convenient. No thanks I would never bring my car back here again. The only person that's worth anything and has helped me is the parts service manager. Even the guy the far left at parts was rude and condescending. Said if I don't have my receipt I'm out of luck. Well there's paperwork and the manager did a little digging. Jared is the worst service advisor. He charged me $270 for an oil change when I was informed by ford that my warranty isn't expired. He was extremely rude and dismissive. I will never be taking my car back to serramonte ford. I believe I was treated this way because I'm a woman. I filed a complaint with the company and informed them of the situation. They had my car for 8 days and didn't bother to call me for 5 days. Do not take your car here.
