Truist Bank as been a nightmare for my wife and I. They always say they're going to help you but never do.My wife literally went into the ***********************, located in **********, *****, and she came back and told me that they acted like they did want to be bothered. This is typical. We have called several times over the last 2 months to correct the situation but of course they did nothing. They don't care.

truist is lying to people to get them to sign up for accounts saying you will get either $300 or $400. they do not follow through with this. I tried to sign up online so i could put the code in myself. it would not let me so i contacted the number. It took almost 2 hours to set up and then I told the lady multiple times DON'T FORGET MY PROMO. Never Do business with this finance company. We paid off our trailer back in February of this year and they have yet to send us our title. We keep getting the run around and false information from them for the delay. We bought our trailer brand new and they tried to say that the trailer at one point was reported stolen which it has never been stolen. It has been in our possession the whole time we have owned it. With an automated phone system in their ***************** seemingly designed to keep you at all costs from speaking to a person, a random fee that representatives are unwilling to work with you on, and two of the three branches in a specific city having a broken phone system for over three weeks even after having been reported, this organization has significant issues in providing any actual quality customer **********************.

This is the worse company I have ever dealt with in my life. I was deployed in 2020 and I called to have my interest rate reduced. They denied me and said I was in the military when I got the loan so I don't qualify. So they don't understand the ***** got it. Then they call me to tell me I'm late with my payment. Truist is horrible I just moved ****** to a CD at **** of America. Tellers are slow, no night deposit, ATM on Sunday not able to give out money, Over ******* in checking alone 37 cents for the month interest. Moving another ****** on Monday. And another shared account ******* on Tuesday. No loyalty at all. Dont bother giving me ******** customer ********************** number and sorry for your issues response. BYE

Truist Bank offers horrible customer **********************. I was a loyal BB&T customer for over ten years but when they became Truist everything just went down the s**t hole. They did not give me acceptable support when I contested questionable charges to my account. And when I decided to close my checking account at ********************** they sent me repeated ******** to a previous address (by snail mail) without ever attempting to contact me by phone or email. They are worst bank I have ever seen. I have had my account for over 28 years and have decided to close it due to this last incident being the final straw. I made two small amount purchases ($25 and $6) based on the money the mobile app reflected and after everything was said and posted my account went overdraft by $25 dollars. In context I added additional money to cover the charges but a service that I thought I cancelled ended up charging me.
