I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the way that Truist has handled my mortgage forbearance request.I was approved for forbearance in March 2023, and I was told that I would not have to make any payments for three months. Truist bank has zero customer **********************. ********************** placed a hold on a check with verified funds which my daughter needed to buy her second home. Despite the advertising campaign where you see the branch manager speaking with customers about the excellent banking relationship, there is no relationship. ************************* and Navy ******************** all would have lifted the hold, but not Truist. Sheffield Financial violate my rights. I never completed an application for anything from this company. I called them and let them know it was fraudulent activity and nothing was done. Deposited a check on July 7, still showing funds pending July 15. The check issue is shows funds withdrawn from their account on July 7. I was on hold with customer ********************** for one hour five minutes before the call dropped.????

This organization is abusive. Aggressive fees, very long hold times, and god forbid you let them know you want to do a payoff, they hammer the loan with fees before you can get out the door. Anyone taking out a loan with this company needs their head examined. I was just trying to pay off a loan so I could buy an item that Sheffield financed and I feel sorry for all the people who have accounts with Sheffield.

HORRIBLE! WORST COMPANY! If they werent my mortgage holder I would be gone so fast. Their marketing slogan should be I AM SO SORRY! For the past year I have wasted many hours communicating with incompetent employers at Truist. They blame their co workers over and over. Stop!!!! Don't ever buy finance a car with ******* Acceptance Corp. The company only business plan is to keep you stuck paying on a cat loan x3. It's know way I should still be paying on a car I purchase back I'm 2015 ******. Which I've already paid the back double that it's a rip off & company like that should be held responsible just like **** of America recently was. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. I have never had customer ********************** that just genuinely did NOT CARE about he customer experience. They locked my card without permission because I didnt ANSWER MY PHONE (I was at the doctor) after I specified that I did NOT WANT THAT. They would do NOTHING to help me. I IMMEDIATELY closed my accounts and went with a new bank. This place is a disgrace.
