Bought my loan from cardinal financial and makes it impossible to pay. Spent my whole day opening an account. I hop they get sued to oblivion.

Very disappointed. Been with Suntrust/Truist almost 20 years. On there online website I hit the wrong button, called immediately to correct the problem with NO help. Cost me over 100 dollars and I have thousands invested with them. Everyone I called said they couldn't help. I am now looking at closing my relationship with Truist and moving all my investments to another Bank. Its not the ********************** its their arrogance. Truist threw my fathers accounts into probate, even though I was listed as successor trustee and beneficiary of said accounts. It was immediately thrown out by the court. Now, I am having to pay a lawyer $450/hr to get them to do what is right! Absolutely appalling behavior.

I'm paying off my mortgage... yay!Truist is leaving a bad taste in my mouth in the process though. They've drug their feet to the tune of causing me to be responsible for another month's interest. I've pointed out that it's their fault. They don't care, they just want another month's interest.Over the years, I've had other, similar, similar issues with them so this comes as no surprise. FWIW, I didn't pick them. They bought my mortgage from another bank.

I absolutely HATE this new company Truist is the absolute worst banks to have! Ive been with SUNTRUST Since I was 17 and now since bbt and SUNTRUST has merged it has been horrible! They charge you with all kinds of fees. I paid off my credit card on the 13th of April and had a ZERO balance and was still charged a fee for not paying the balance to zero within three months. BEWARE they are scammers!!! Im closing out all my accounts with them tomorrow.

I only wish there was a minus 5!!! The worst bank I have ever dealt with in my 40 years of banking. The customer **********************, fees, hidden fees, upping your mortgage, etc. To top it off, I made an appointment with a banker at the local branch to discuss the increase in mortgage right after they purchased the loan from my bank. I had the appointment confirmation with me and went to the bank. The lady NO SHOWED the appointment. I waited 20 minutes while they tried to find her as "she works from home". WHAT???? This is the worse bank. They continue to steal your money and make up reasons as to why they are keeping it and dont want to return it. They steal your money out your account. Do not use this bank. The staff is unprofessional and they seem to lie about submitting any type of disputes. There is no reason anybody should be owing the bank every time they get paid.
