So far, only negative experience: customer ********************** is slow, not knowledgeable (gave me the wrong fax number for PMI removal, twice), online in 2023, there is dated information from 2022 advertised (wrong mailing address, wrong fax number) As a result, I overpaid PMI for 3 months already and counting, causing they stealing from me ~$450 and counting
Do not go to this bank. Too many issues to repest here.

Closed early on Saturday. I pulled up at 11:48 and the bank was closed. When asking teller what time the bank closed he said 12.

Wait time on business checks is ridiculous. Very inconvenient for small business owners. I am getting ready to look for another bank. .

I already wrote a review. This is the worst bank, and the young lady who serves as branch somethingis snooty and she is not available even when there is a long line in the branch. ( one kind teller)!She has misinformed me as to the safe deposit box name removal as I had previously changed my access to an individual access with Suntrust This young lady told me that, that wasnt valid. The corporate idiots must be so proud of their achievement. They destroyed not one but two banks in one merger. Even the employees are pissed! Just what ******* needed, another ***** Fargo! What an absolute disaster! I love the ads today on TV, if they have horrible customer ********************** they have ads trying to show they care about customer ********************** and are there for the customers, then corporate shows nothing but greed and spits in your face. Worst bank for business accounts. We have three business accounts with them. You cannot query on line if there is a problem; you have to call customer ********************** and wait for up to an hour to get an answer. They closed the branch in the small community where I live, and I have to drive 30 minutes to the closest branch. I used to be able to go to the branch to get problems resolved. Many in my community are elderly and receive checks in the mail. They cant cash them because it I s too far for them to drive. The cl... read more
I wish I could give them 0 stars. They have terrible automated systems and their customer ********************** is non existent. I had no choice to go with them when my mortgage was sold on the secondary market. They are delayed my home repairs from a hail storm last year.
Took my money, when Im a single mom of two. When it was a clear mistake on their part! When I asked for a refund they said it could be a few days, which then I had bills come out the next day and they overdrafted my account 5 times! And wont refund the overdraft fees either. The lady even admitted on the phone it was a mistake on their end. Never had a problem with Suntrust but since they switch Truist sucks! Ill be closing my account and going with someone else.
