**************** failed to notify me that my card was skimmed. I tried to withdraw money multiple times. I went IN PERSON to a physical branch and tried to withdraw money and was told there was an EXTENDED 72 hour hold placed on my account. And I could not withdraw funds in person either.**************** did not notify me a SINGLE time about ANY of this and then would not allow me to withdraw my own money IN PERSON?!How many people would have to go without food or incur late fees? I experienced a financial hardship with my BB&T account and Schooling in 2017. Then I go get an Business account at ***************************. Got the business account on the date of 4/27/23 on the date of 4/28/23 find out that my business account was suspended at 4:57 p.m. Being that I was disabled dew to accident this not right. Horrible worst bank in existence, I called the help number on the back of my card the same one they have posted to other commenters, my balance was incorrect and I needed it fixed I called at around 9:20 I was still on the line an hour and a half later most of that being on hold they are not fixing the problem and are beating around the **** this is the 7th issue Ive had with them of 2023 I definitely Will switch to a new bank, save your time and protect your money go somewhere else!!!!!!

Truist S Mt. Zion Branch in ****** I wasted 37 minutes sitting in the drive-through line. They allowed cars to line up in their drive through and did not inform cars that the bank would close at 12 noon. I arrived at the bank at 11:30 and at 12: 07 before approaching the window the car in front of me was denied services by the teller. She said that the bank is now closed. There were nine cars in the 2-lane drive-through that was not waited on by the bank.

Truist is in over their head. The leadership is clearly sending a message that clients/customers are not their number priority. Been in banking for 30 years and I have never experienced worse service. I am still waiting for a debit card. Too much to write, but caveat emptor!!!! Avoid Truist at all costs.

I banked at Suntrust for years. Since it became Truist, it has been horrible. I will be in the process of closing out and going anywhere else but Truist.

Truist is possibly the worst bank I have ever used. They are much more interested in attracting new depositors thru a carefully planned marketing strategy than they are in providing quality services to existing customers. We moved all of our banking there in 2017 when it was stil BB&T. Service was poor then but Truist has taken a bad thing and made it worse. They make mistakes in virtually every area of business and offer no corrective action or apology for them. They don't return calls or answer emails. They don't provide e... read more

Truist purchased my mortgage so it was not something I chose, but if you do have a choice- pick somebody else! I cannot get monthly payments set up in 2023. I have never had an experience like this. They transfer you from agent to agent but never resolve anything. I am charged a late fee every month, but my online account never seems to indicate that I am late. I have never had a challenge setting up any bill on monthly payments.

This week has been the worse banking experience. They screwed up my checking account on April 20 and it is still having hiccups. My bills are still being rejected and I am having to try to figure out what to do. ****** manages bill pay keeps suspending my account. They've sent me overdue notices with fees attached. I had to close the account I've had for 40 years and open a new one. Thought this would solve the problem, not. it's obvious someone doesn't know what they are doing.
