The worst bank in *****************, they close your account for no verifiable reason, the agents leave you waiting 30 minutes on the phone and then disconnect the call. Without being able to solve anything. The worst thing in the world. Definitely if you want to lose your peace, money and patience, you should open an account at Truist Bank

I don't know how this bank is allowed to operate. Since opening my account in February, I have been the victim of a branch manager who is only interested in separating as much money for me and my business as possible. She cleared our first deposit overnight and then called it back to put my account in a state of overdraft which has been impossible to get out of. I was treated with disrespect when a bank associate (responded to me in her office) told me my question couldn't be answered. I find that unlikely to an account holder.

Absolutely trash. They FALSELY advertise this over draft safe thing. First tell you if you make a deposit within 24 hours then it will not charge an over draft fee and they have. Twice now. The first time they hit me with 4 over draft fees at one time! One customer ********************** agent will tell you one thing and the next tells you a completely different reasonDO NOT TRUST TRUIST! There are so many other banks that dont lie cheat and steal to make a dollar. STAY AWAY FROM TRUIST! They are THIEVES!

Truist closed my account without notice. Refused to let me withdraw my money despite me doing what was asked. Accused me of fraud even after I got a notarized letter from the branch manager of the bank that issued the cheque. Provided proof that the checks were legitimate and that they had cleared. I asked repeatedly for a supervisor to call me and that never happened. It is impossible to get ahold of anyone in branch. Customer ********************** is the absolute worst.

My mortgage was switched to truist in the middle of the pandemic. Ever since day two of talking to them I have been told a different story every single time I call. Here it is 3 years later, again I was told something different yesterday than I was last time. I've been on the modification program due to covid and in Nov, they took me off of the program unknowingly started charging me payments even though I was told I would receive a new packet of the final papers with the final Arrangements of my mortgage for me to sign and ... read more

I have never left a review, anywhere, like this before. However, my experience with Truist has been so bad that I can't ignore it. I never had any accounts with SunTrust or BB&T, to compare service. However, in Aug of 2022 I purchased a car, and the loan went through Truist. This has been an absolute nightmare. So bad that I have worked my *** off to pay it off early and be rid of them. This is a horrible customer ********************** bank. Terrible! One oriental person who answers every time who has chickens in the backgroundd. Cannot begin the tell you how mad I am about how this bank is unhelpful. They will not allow transfer money! This is a big 0 of a bank! Unhelpful.

Sucks! My daughter hasnt had anything but problems with them! Been trying to get a new card for two months and still nothing! She gets a temporary card and now she cant even use that! their online banking is trash. Cant even get your Card number off the app. No one can help you not even inside the bank. Add soon as she get her card and is able to get her money we are switching banks! The worst bank ever!
