Horrible bank. My account disappeared and was charged off the same night my irs tax money was trying to post. It was like it was done on purpose. I was able to see my savings and had access to my savings up until the same exact time my taxes were posting. Now my taxes will probably be rejected and sent back to the irs and will be in a paper check which takes weeks. This bank has been a nightmare for business and personal. I opened a business account through them for my start up remodeling company. They said I would have a probation period of ***************************************************************************** anymore not having money starting out. Truist Bank - WARNING Do not under any circumstances bank with Truist. They have the worst customer ********************** I have ever dealt with in my life. Went to open an account . Said it couldnt find my account. So I opened an another account online. It said i should go to a local branch. Went to Burlington location and they said its a note where I opened to many accounts and its fraud and Im blocked from opening any accounts. Glad I didnt join if this is how you start off.

The WORST Bank Ive ever had the unlucky experience to work with, they take several weeks to process a check deposit. Put you through 5 different online customer ********************** agent AND I waited 3 hours to speak to a supervisor. The worst banking experience Ive experienced in my life.

Absolute worst bank. If I could give it a zero I would. I filed a claim to stop payment on a transaction. They stopped payment on the wrong transaction and ***** was taken out of my account due to this mistake. It has been over 20 days and I still have not received a credit to my account. The managers at the Longwood ** branch are incompetent, rude and unprofessional. The fraud department and the costumer resolution department are equally not effective. I will never back with this institution again.

Horrible. had an equity line of credit with Suntrust and it has been nothing but an issue since the merger.. Now I can't get a correct ****. It is incorrect by over $7,000! Third request has been submitted. I do not recommend this bank for anything!! (the girls in the local branch do their best, but their hands seem to be tied by the main branch.) Can I give a rating of less than one star?
