I was with Suntrust Bank for 18 years and their customer's ********************** was top notch. Once Suntrust Bank merged with BBT and became Truist Bank, their customer's ********************** is awful. I can't ever get anyone on the phone at the local Truist Bank nor their national customer's ********************** number. It ihas been very frustrating and stressful for me after being a long term satisfied customer of ********************** Bank. I plan to move both my personal and business accounts asap..

0 stars if that was available. Worst bank Ive ever dealt with. Had issues with my credit card, it took 2 hours on hold to talk to anyone. The issue is that the card would get declined when using it local on charges of less than $50. It was random and very frustrating. They never fixed the issue and we just had to get a new card. Their app often is down during working hours which causes many issues when trying to move money around or pay other accounts because you cant even verify how much you have in the accounts. In October of 2022, My mortgage was sold to Truist Bank. THE TRUIST CATASTROPHE! I had the most difficult time ever I made Octobers payment in September to Freedom mortgage (on a bi weekly plan). Freedom only sent one of the payments to Truist Bank. Because it was a partial payment, Truist Bank applied it to the principle. Freedom Mortgage had also applied the other portion of Octobers payment to the principal therefore the statement showed no payment for October. I think this bank stinks their customer ********************** was the worst I've ever had ******'s vill Branch They didn't call me back I put in a call To the corporate office they didn't call me back they closed 3 of my accounts didn't even tell me don't put your money here this is one scary branch they do whatever they want they steal they cheat and they lie beware

The worst Bank ever! Never in my life have I experienced so much trouble with a bank. It is really time for me to go I put up with it too long I was trying to stay until you all work through your clicks but you guys are very cold you don't help and there's no need to dispute anything because truest do not ever help the customers *********&T you guys what did y'all do I'm out of here. Please go out of business.

We deposited a check using the mobile app. We just received the check today and deposited as soon as we could on the app. No partial amount was showing in the balance, so we called in. They said NO money will show up until Monday! Then my husband called back to explain that I'm 6 months pregnant and we have two kids under 3 and need at least a partial amount for a couple of essentials. Deposited a check and it was placed on a doubtful collection hold! The check was from a major law firm. This is by far the biggest joke of a bank Ive ever seen. Every since they merged it has been on problem after another. I will be changing banks ASAP
