If it was possible to give 1/2 a star that would be the rating of service finance company. They skate on the grey area of what is legal.1. company wanted to pay out full amount to the contractor before the job is even finished, i call and told them the job is not completed, basically told me they did not care.2. loan information mailed out, changed promotional end date and tried to make my acct delinquent, called them again was told 2 different end promotional dates, when i informed then I have the mailed letter as part of m... read more

My *** was in the hospital for 3 weeks and he had me go to his bank to pay on his card they refused me. What a joke. This must be one of the worst banks every!! Very rude and not caring women

Zero stars if I could choose that. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS BANK!!!!! I was with BB&T for years and One Valley before they changed to BB&T. Never had any issues. Truist seems to love charging overdraft fees on pending transactions. Doesnt matter if money has been added to the account to make sure things are covered. Overdraft fee is charged anyway. They never keep real time account balance so you never know what you actually have. I keep track of my spending and whats coming out and still dont end up with the correct balance ... read more

Trust Bank treats its customers like the proverbial s...We just moved to Georgia and had enough issues getting here with *********** but Truist bank put ************ of Chase to shame.They are truly not worthy of banking with. To be positive we had some nice interactions with their staff - their minions of course.I guess I should have checked BBB to see their one star rating before I encouraged the wife to open with them.They are just one more nasty malicious bank who want to **** you of your money to support their sharehold... read more

Speaking with a customer ********************** representative is a complete nightmare! Throughout the hour I spent on the phone , I didnt understand most of what ******* said. A clear speaking voice should be the most important tool for the job, yet Truist chooses people that cannot be understood. Its like they make it as frustrating as possible to keep people from calling for assistance.

They constantly hold back transactions, I have purchases and direct deposits that will not go through for weeks at a time, I believe they do that to generate overdraft fees. It's easy to lose track of your actual account balance.

If there were no stars, I would check it instead. I've read the reviews and I've experienced just about everything that was mentioned. They are notorious about charging fees - even when it's their mistake and the fraud department is should be investigated for fraud. They always want you to call because they don't want a paper trail. I just tried to remove my phone number from Zelle, but it would not allow me to do so. I got an email stating that my phone (device) has been added to the account. I want to delete everything. Truist is the worst bank I have ever dealt with..the ************ ** branch. Un - professional, rude, do not follow through with customers issues. The branch is even dirty and does not have a clean feel. They could care less.. I have had great customer ********************** once I found ******* number after searching as how to contact someone for the help I needed.The branch was no help. 0 score rating!!!

I am a title clerk in the ***********, we did a payoff for a mutual customer, I have been trying to get a vehicle title that we paid off. All they can tell me is it is in the works. I have spoken to 8 different people in less then a month. I have been on the phone with each one at least 30 minutes. Today was 58 minutes then got hung up on,I asked several times to speak to a supervisor and they (customer *********************** is "not allowed" to transfer me to a supervisor.
