Truist is a predator. I do not appreciate being charged $36 for a $.69, yes folks, that's 69 cents, overdraft. And the overdraft was not reversed because they only allow ONE reversal every 24 months. Predatory at it's best. I will be closing this account.

I am going to say that yall put the I in truist because you cant be trusted. I never had an issue with suntrust and baked with them over 12 years. There will not be a full year with Truist because your customer (no) ********************** rep basically called me a liar on Monday afternoon. I am pulling my business and personal accounts and going to your competition.

This bank *****. They confirmed my acct is set up to allow no over drafts. Spoke to 3 reps whose name are ****, ********, and ****** they all confirmed that my card had $381 for available balance. But they allowed my card to be processed for $481 for a transaction I made 2 months ago online. I assumed the product was paid for 2 months ago when i orginally paid for the product

BB&t was my original loan now Truist has screwed up my forbearance paperwork that was signed previously from BB&T. FHA/HUD loan never received signed and notarized subordinate mortgage so we now have a lien on our property that hasnt been fixed since 10/2021, we cant sell or refinance until fixed, at this point Ive washed my hands of the run around and dropped calls, taking action legally

My mortgage was transferred to this bank. I got a letter from them 2 days ago since today morning, I have been trying to register online to pay my mortgage installment for the month. I put every detail correctly and their webpage showed error and asked me to call the number. I tried 3 times and it locked the account. Ive been a customer with ********************** for years. The moment they changed to truist was the countdown until this week when I close my account. Extremely unreasonable when it comes to over draft fees. From the hours of 11pm to 2am you cant Zelle. I work everyday. I need to have access to my money at all times. The straw that broke the camels back was when the same situation happened 3 times but now they are charging me for there mistakes. Zero stars, I paid 32k in to a boat loan and only 6k went to the principle. I ended having to sell my boat because of financial issues and had hardly any equity because of there policy, I will never use this institution nor recommend them. Snakes snakes

Customer ********************** is a thing of the past with this financial institution. On two separate occasions I have encountered issues with mobile deposits. In one case my mobile account was closed without notice and a new debit card was issued because of a fraud alert. It was a government check from my retirement plan, certainly no fraud involved.
