I received a check from my 401 K and deposited it on a Monday and as of The following Friday it is on administrative hold. I called and they said or could take 10 to 14 days to post to my account. Why? It's clearly made out to me? It's from a major Bank. Fidelity holds most 401K holdings. This is completely ridiculous.

In my opinion this bank need to be investigated. Ive been banking with BB&T for many years and never have any problem. Everything seems fine when they first combined until recently. For example. We alway get the pay checks from the same Employer and the checks usually clear the next day but then they decided to hold for days and that make us running late on our loan and mortgage. As soon as they became Truist from BB&T they are ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. Their policies do not make any common sense, unreasonable and work against customers. They do not have personal approach to a customers (unlike BB&T). They dont consider how good /bad a customer is, how long a customer has been banking with them, what is a history of customers account.,etc, Truist does whatever wants to, there is NO individual approach to a customer. They are terrible with their fees and releasing your money to you when you have a temporary debit card. What good is a temporary debit card if it wont work?I have called them and called them and they told me they fixed the situation and I would be able to use my temporary card. This did not happen. I was out of town two times and could not get money out.

Waiting on a mobile deposit. ****** says the funds would be released at a certain time and they still arent in my account. Going through the phone is a nightmare and they say anything to get you off the phone. People need their money and this bank isnt reliable

Ive been back & forth with them for 3 weeks about charges I didnt authorize.. *** spoken to 4 supervisors so far & they all have told me different things. ***** told to do a merchant dispute if my money wasnt refunded back which I dont understand if i canceled **************** went & charged my card how the h*** they got my new card information ?! I got a check in the mail from Principal financial on October 8th. I mobile deposited the check on the same day that I received it because I had people at my house and I didn't want a live check sitting around. Truist was closed on Monday for Columbus day.
