Truist is a rip off. They say ulyou font have overdraft protection,but they still charge you am over draft fee. Then if you call them to question them about it they say it's up to them if the transaction goes through or not. So, basically you have no say so over your money. It's just a scheme for them to take control over tour finances and get paid unnecessarily.
I make a check deposit over a week ago on a local bank . Today it is 9 days and no funds available yet. Customer ********************** is good but the funds are held by a different department and customer ********************** has no access to what is going on at that level.There banking practise is very poor and actually unsafe for a person trying to cash a pay check from a local small bussiness.
Worst customer ********************** on the credit card side. Bring this service back to the US please!
You call Truist, automated robot, can'ts speak to a Real peal person, evrything automated, time to close my account's out - and take $100,000 out of my account and deposit it in my **************** Not worth a shit!
I feel like I have been robbed once I found out I was charged a 36 dollar overdraft fee being short .54 cents. In my checking account.
New to the ************** , ** Opened an account with Truist Bank off of ****************. Had an issue with a Zelle transaction and/or ***** deposits which I found out took forever to clear . Only bank Ive ever dealt with that takes over a week for checks to clear . Well, I guess they thought I was trying to run a scam so they shut my account down and we are locked out . Ok fine , just please return my funds in the account . Oh , did I mention its been a month and I still havent received my money . WTH
I swear this merger has done it for me!! You put a hold on a deposit collectibility. I deposit checks from this same company every month, and its a small amount. Your customer ********************** people are useless. If were a large check on a unheard of bank, Id understand.
I was a sun trust Customer have no choice of my own they went to Truist, had a refund go back go there, it never went into my account nobody knows where it is, if anybody reads this do not whatever you do do not open account with Truist
We paid off our mortgage March 31,2022. Truiist has refused to provide us or our County ROD with the Mortgage Satisfaction Document required by law. We have tried every phnoe number, every email and eveny certified letter address and get the same run around. Nobody seems to know anything. This bank should be shunned.
